In this line of crafting we become intimately familiar with scraps, they don’t call it SCRAPbooking for nothing! What are you supposed to do with all of those scraps? Do you throw them away? Collect them all and file away for future use? I do a little bit of both. I throw the teeny tiny stuff away but keep strips to be used in a variety of ways. Today I’ll show you how to convert that pile of strips and turn it into a unique decorative item to spruce up all of your pages!
