If you feel pressure in your shins and not the balls of your feet, you need to reassess your boots. Once you get that part right you can start to work on technique on the water.

@@adamcord1 agreed 100% my old animals dont do that but my later model boots do i quit using them because of that.love my old animals they are almost like skiing with a rear toe plate.
