This is not hand welting. Hand welting is a construction process used in high end bespoke footwear in which the upper and foot bed are stitched together with a welt, and then a sole is stitched to the welt itself, making an extremely durable shoe that can be resoled. What you are doing is just decorating cemented construction shoes with a fake welt. That's fine to do, and it has its place, but you shouldn't refer to it as "hand welting." That's a misleading video title. I was looking for a very different type of video.
