Something I'd love to see is if you could find someone at your level of play to do a mock laning phase with. Like imagine finding a Vayne main so you could demonstrate the first four waves against an even better Vayne.

There is no chance he would win that against a challanger vayne. This vayne came to late to lane and secondly she starts hit the wave instead of garen. she didnt need to focus on last hitting when alois minions had full hp. maybe you think oh wait garen will get lv 2 first if she doesnt hit minions. in reality even if garen hits lv2 first which includes second wave to get there. he would be so low hp of vayne autos --> vayne controlls now the lane, garen cant do shit against a freeze in a bad spot + even worse if enemy jgler pessures him at that point. Also not to forget: if he fckes up once rly hard and vayne reaches botrk item. it's over..

The titel should be "How to win against a clueless player that would lose to intro bots" and it would be more fitting than the current one lol

@@pedrosantos1503 LOL true. But at the same time he kinda has a point on this one. I don't think it's an unfair criticism of this video. We learned how to lane effectively against Vayne in this one, that's undeniable. But once all T1s fell it was basically him just clearing waves in side and dying for it a couple times. His team really did hard carry him. I would've appreciated the video more if it had been edited differently. Perhaps showing us more of the decisions Alois made the few times he decided to group (like he did when he went to drag instead of mid T2). Cause the way it's edited right now it really does stop being "educational" after T1 top falls. Still entertaining though.

Not to be that guy, but this is a high challenger player laning vs a 30% winrate on Vayne Emerald 3 player. This doesn't show anyone how to win vs Vayne top, it just shows how to smurf and be much better than someone 10 divisions below you.

If you see someone picks Vayne top, find a champ who can utilize Edge of Night well and can chase her down. After you get to that item, it's game over for her because her E will no longer push you away, she has no way to retaliate if you are Garen/Sett/Darius/Xin Zhao/ Tryndamere. etc. It may seems troll at first but the item works well as long as you close the game early after that spike.

@@kareem199928 Definitely you should. it makes laning against her so much easier and she has to keep distance and respect your all in, the moment she uses E, chase her down. You can even run her down every time you got back into lane.

Yeah that happens to me a lot too when they get a vayne top, ghost/flash with lethal tempo, even while making her follow into minions, she warding top bushes and permapush. really difficult ( plus probably enemy jungler their duo cause camping top the first 5 min) :S. want to learn what to do

Alois today i picked garen blind and enemy top laner picked vayne. I was thinking "what if vayne doesn't leash" while watching your video and my enemy vayne didn't leash and did second wave crush. He was just pushing, pushing and pushing. Poking me under my turret. So because of that my lane was over. What should have i done?

Maybe you can try this next time. It’s not wave related but can give you huge advantages sometimes. When you play melee vs range abuse the bush. Go in and out of the bush when csing. They can’t face check the bush because doing so puts them in melee range, and they can’t harass with no vision. This will almost guarantee they place a ward in one of those top bushes. Since they have no wards for river they are now susceptible to ganks if they harass you under turret. Free gank for jungler if they agree to come.

@@mrhakk4538 yeah it happens sometimes, nothing you can do unfortunately, thats how champ select works. Your teammate gets to counter pick enemy laner, so they should have an easy matchup if vayne didnt leash, your teammate didnt push their advantages, and your jungler didnt spot the free gank its just unfortunate.

Your best bet is finding someone better to blind. Vayne it's unplayable for immobile bruisers, I've got her in my pool for this exact reason

Hey. Any idea how to play into Karma Top with Grasp+Heartsteel/Ice gauntlet ? No idea how to get any economy in the matchup. She doesn't get hurt from trades, doesn't lose much mana, has movespeed, root, a lot of survivability, and very strong pokes. Still very nice waveclear with all this. Even if trades are won and level advantage is found, R-W just heals up constantly. I can't find the solution by myself, sadly, and fundamentals just got me to get frozen in the happy spot for years.

She doesn't do damage and her waveclear sucks. Most champs I play are able to clear waves better so if I can't fight her then I can proxy/roam/invade/free farm with cull. Its free scaling

I mean yeah fundamentals are super important but idk if I’d classify an intensive knowledge on how to specifically play garen into vayne as a fundamental. That sounds more like advanced champion knowledge. I’m still somewhat new to league though… so idk I guess

Everything he did is still fundamentally what you'd do with any other champion, the sustain garen has is a bonus but not much as Vayne is a counter to Garen afterall

alois is really good, but this vid will NOT work on vayne players that actually have a brain and zone lvl 1 trust me, in masters you give 100 farm to not be 0/5 against vayne as garen, then you still split side and oneshot her with 3k gold behind

Hey Alois, you said this is the way how to win against Vayne Top "every time". I highly doubt you would do that well if you face a Vayne Top that knows the matchup and actually plays rather than brain afks like this Vayne did. You did show how to use fundamentals in this game but a lot of it worked due to the fact Vayne is entirely clueless and has no idea how to play Vayne nor the matchup at all. I would say against an actual Vayne Toplane player you would struggle a lot more. Besides that, you didn't even win the lane nor went even, you fell behind in Gold and ultimately won due to your team being ahead on every single position. So what we can learn is how to do well in lane with fundamentals against a brainless player but we don't learn how to use these fundamentals in a game against a player with their monitor turned on... On average, a Vayne Toplane is about 400 gold ahead of a Garen minute 15 if we look at elos below Master. This Vayne is roughly this exact amount of gold ahead at minute 15 against you despite not playing the game and she didn't even went Cull despite only afk farming in which you have no reason to go Dorans over Cull. So idk, name the video "How to apply fundamentals against brainless Vayne Top players" but the current titel is just absolute bs...

These games look like they are in silver or gold at best. The people he plays vs are completely lost and have no idea how to play their matchups. Don't get me wrong it is informative but if you are beyond plat/emerald people don't throw their leads THAT easily like a vayne top playing as a kayle.

every one of his guides are bullsht scams. If you try this in your game, vayne will auto attack you to death. she'll miss the first 3cs and you'll be at 1/2 health with the wave slow pushing away from you and the game will be ruined. but yeah spend money on his useless guide. everything he does is in bad faith. gives generic advice that you could get for free from any youtube channel. he wins the games b/c he's much better mechanically; every video he makes some sort of outplay and gets ahead, then just snowballs. He's smurfing and disguising it as some sort of amazing coaching. All of YOUR strats would look amazing too, if you were playing four or five divisions below your skill level. It doesn't matter how good/bad your strategies are when you are just so much better mechanically and know the matchups so well, which you learn from playing and studying matchups, not from paying some grifter for some sort of "fundamentals" generic coaching. Watch for entertainment only.

I love your vids and content. My only suggestion is to drop the constant fundamentals noise / picture popup, its annoying in my opinion. Maybe i'm a minority and u should keep doing what ur doing. But thats my honest feedback, it kinda irks me when it pops up and interrupts the gameplay. Cheers mate
