I believe this is the best windmill tutorial I have ever seen. Really interesting approach for learning the windmills, I like it a lot. But I personally believe that it's better when going into the windmill from standing position to be as low as possible, because that directs your momentum more into the rotation. Some people get almost into handstand and it kills their momentum. Anyway, keep up the good work :) Peace!

Thanks for the wishes! the crew came out in second place. Though it was a small price but who cares, we won something! xD I did practice a lot and I was able to get 4 windmills and then some footwork around it. It was nice for a guy that has been breakin' for around 7 months. But I had to leave the crew cause I'm moving to a different school and we can't really dance anymore together. but hey! Thanks a lot man! :)

Do you have to combine the bounce with string kicks in order to keep yourself from going so high?? I tend to almost go to headstand when doing windmills which is giving me hard time to build momentum for barrels.

problem is if i do get on top of my head my legs suddenly drop, and my legs hit the ground before my second rotation, i have been told that my pop technique is all good i just need to get on the ring of my head, i already am able to rollback and start a slow headspin, but i usually only do that when i get lucky. . or could you suggest a way t spring better. im planning on uploading a vid soon ill have it up when i finally am not too tired cuz of XC cuz right now im always worn out XD
