Take your windmills from sloppy to smooth by learning the “power bounce” and how to apply it to your windmills. For those of you commenting and messaging me asking for help with windmills I think this will help!
I may have covered some of these tips before in previous videos; however, this is quick and to the point!

are there any helpful tips/exercises that help me overcoming the fear of using my head while doing windmills? i do them pretty fast and clean but as i mentioned i dont press my head to the ground which is probably the reason why i cant barrel mills yet cuz i dont get my hips up from the floor. thanks for help.

wear a beanie, it offer's some pyschological help by having a soft material between your head and the floor. Otherwise lie on your back, arms in and legs together, simply roll (slowly) in the direction of your windmills and keep your head connected to the floor as you roll. This should help you be more confident with having your head constantly in touch with the floor. In fact wear a head band and follow that around your head. Try getting you hips higher of the ground by making sure when you on your back, your feet are high above your head, not your stomach area. Use stomach muscles more, staying tight but relaxed.
