Points ・You need the flexibility to open the legs wide. ・The strength of the chair is most important. ・Practice a lot from 00: 13 ~ 00: 35.This is important for other Powermoves Halo,Airflare,Windmill to flare,,,

I used to be a bboy in the 80's, Im 52 and can still do the windmill (badly) but its still there. Watching these videos really makes me want to get back into it, even if I do it just to stay agile.
@karolkonieczny91303 жыл бұрын
52 is not that old, there's still massive potential for powermoves, just work on the flexibility and strenght and you can do it 100% :)
@xpez96942 жыл бұрын
Hey man. Totally I could do the windmill long time ago in 1984-85. Doing it on the polished gym floor in our high school with a nice fleece hoodie we could get a ton of momentum built up and finish off a windmill with insane backspins to go at least 20 rotations. All we had were VHS tapes of Beat Street and Breakin and some other random clips as a reference..LOL I spent so much time learning that in my garage. Good times!
@bombazine22 жыл бұрын
@@xpez9694 I learned the windmill from watching a documentary called beat this history of hip-hop. It took me three months of practicing one or two hours a day but I became a windmill master Hah Hah Hah Hah Hah Hah

watching this video makes me feel motivated again to learn windmill, I've been breakdancing for 4 years, and i learned couples powermoves like flare, handhop, headspin, air swipes, but WINDMILL, i just cant to it, i don't know where is the problem, it doesnt make any sense, i keep hurting my side-hip until it turns black/ dark blue. I mean i can do coin drop and blow-up freeze/ 1 hand freeze. But windmill is different, its a basic powermove and i cant do it.
@hironaga57864 жыл бұрын
Thank you for watching the video.If you hit the side-hip on the floor, keep your head on the floor during the windmill.
