Thank you señor... your video explained great. It's goin to help me figure out with my audio project this year. I'm 43 and life is short for me now. I have 8 15s kicker CVX subs, and have 2 hifonics colossus pro 5k amplifiers for them for a blow through of my silverado truck. This video will help me through the process to understand better a little at a time. Thank you I appreciate your video.

I'm running my dual 1ohm in parallel down to .5 ohm to my 2400 Wolfram amp with a 1 year unconditional warranty I purchased from the factory. The amp has never ran hot that I know of and I've never had any problems. It's pushing over 3500 watts this way. The amp is already around 8 months old. Thanks for this video, A lot of people needs to know this. Here's a thought for us both, how can I wire 2 subs with dual 1 ohms to .5 or .8 ohms out? Maybe I need to buy a dual 2ohm sub to go with my dual 1ohm sub...

.8 ohm is an odd one. Truth is your .5 is prob actually. 8 or 1 anyhow. Because of "box rise" . Google that, its foing to blow your mind. I do t explain that part often, cause its another level of detail. But in your case, might be worth the google search. I think youll be able to make use of it.

How would I wire two 1 ohm skar subs to a 10,000 watt power acoustic edge for the best quality and bang I also have 2 power acoustic mofos wired to the same amp and the skars seem like they r pulling alot more power the mofos don't seems to be beating hard at all

Wire em up to 2ohm each, then select the video here for 3 svc 2ohm subs on a 1ohm amp. And you’ll find the diagram.

If each sub is dvc1ohm. Then youll series each sub creating a single 2ohm from each. Aka: 3 2ohm svc coils.

That is an amp specific question. Each 4ch amp is diff. You'll have to check you paperwork for that answer my dude. If you dont have paperwork, google the model #, and search for the "owners manual", unfortunately thats the BEST place to fidn this answer for you.

Never bridge an amp unless you have to. A bridged stereo amp is not a mono amp, its a bridged stereo amp. When you bridge an amp, the downside is the amp sees half the impedance than it did unbridged. So, the amp will see your 4 ohm speaker as a 2 ohm speaker. The lower the resistance, the harder the amp has to work. In order to get more power, you end up beating the crap out of your amp and speakers. If you must. What you need to do depends on your amp. If its bridgeable from the factory, follow the instructions in the owners manual. Otherwise, you'll need to feed the amp a balanced signal and you have to make sure none of the channels in you amp share the same ground. If you meet those requirements, there are plenty of youtube videos that will walk you through how to wire it.
