Wow , this explains why i dont hv enough body coil to hit efforlesslessy . I have to force my arm more . But with this video , i hv to figure out how to body coil , expecially my hip Which normally quite stiffness to rotate .

I used to Not exhale and actually held my breath when I hit a tennis ball consequently I was always winded ...not a habit easy to break .. until a coach pointed it out I was unaware

Yeah, and by the way it's a such a terrible myth/tip that you should keep your racket in front of you during the turn and not take back independently with your arm. It's a recipe for being late to swing. Of course the arm takes the racket back along with the unit turn as you demonstrated.
