@@jasmineh8807 paneer is similar to cheese. Difference between tofu and paneer is tofu is vegetarian. While paneer is made from milk.

It's awful lol. Well it's a sponge, it takes in the flavours you cook it with, but on its own, it tastes like wet cardboard. At least the one I had... 😞
