I enjoy the soybean milk once in a while the tofu skin is good for making a rice ball spicy rice ball or sweet rice ball it is nice with red or green thai curry an fry eggs in a stir fried with sweet chili sauce or sesame with lemon grass ginger and fish octopus or squid meat 😀✌

I think the best way to enjoy tofu skin is to use it in a broth for string noodles and if you want to enjoy it as a friend product, using it as a wrapper like a spring roll also works better than simply frying it as it is
