Hlw ....it was really nice tutorial...I had a query.i am opening my own chocolate buisness but it's impossible to store soany truffles in humid climate can you tell me as a home based chocolatier how shall I store chocolates in bulk in such high temperature like 34 degree celcius and avoid it to sweat

Great video, but air reduces the ability of the box to retain cold temperature. The box is also not the right box. I am a thermodynamics guy, with a company that manufactures boxes and gel packs. I can help you improve your process and materials.

I have been practicing these breakable heart chocolates and wondering how to ship to Florida I live in New York to ship a breakable heart box to my niece in Florida I am afraid that the chocolate heart is going to break or melt on the way there do you have any tutorials on how to ship those breakable heart packages

Just buy a vacuum sealing machine and put some ice from your freezer in the bags then seal them

this method don't work for me..my chocolate contains 70% pure cocoa..i am still find best method of packaging to avoid it form melting..by using customize insulation foil and ice gel pack..

@@audreymay9378 yes. Use both. This video isn't the solution. The box will be wet.
