@@toyebogard congratulations. Keep in mind that it's a month in training and we get paid Net30 with Janpro. So you have to clean for a full month before you get paid. It'll be a multiplier of 4x for any new accounts until your yearly business revenue is at least $20,000.

This is definitely possible. But it does take a heavy dose of humility as he said, because at the end of the day you are the janitor.

I will say that's how they view us. At the end of the day you are a business owner if you conduct your business as such. Remember Jan Pro is a vehicle we used to put us in position to get financially free.

I spoke to a gentleman today to get started with Jan-Pro, he said I was able to finance 44k to get started n told me that investment was giving me 200k worth of business guarenteed, is this true ?

Yes you finance an account. You have to understand that there’s a down payment involved in financing your initial account. It will bring you 200k worth of business as well over a period of time.

I watched so many videos of people saying don't go with Jan pro. The key is to pay for your contracts in full when u first get them. Don't just get loans for everything

Yes, it's okay to finance some. But don't drown in debt.

@@tearrahramsey1986 yes we worked the contracts ourselves the first year so we could learn the business. The customer will always have the right to ask for a transfer if your not performing to their standards. If you’re delivering great service you have nothing to worry about.

We utilize Indeed.com and referrals to staff our accounts. Trust me, turnover within our industry is normal however we have things in place to retain our staff.

I totally understand the starting with a low contract angle but let's say that I know i need to make $2k monthly from the beginning from what I'm getting from you is that I need to start with a $3k contract plan without financing?

Thank you for contacting me. I always suggest that you start out small, just in case you feel Jan Pro is not a good fit. Then scale your business as you grow.

You always have to pay a multiplier for contracts. It's just that you don't see it in the beginning because it already factored into your contract.

Im not sure i understand.. So the clients are not yours to keep, if you would quit Jan pro?? These clients are not paying you but they are paying Jan pro then Yan pro are paying you? I understand that they get you clients but apart from managing employees if you get some, what is the difference with working for a cleaning company and this?

Jan Pro is the( Prime )contract holder and basically subcontracting out to the individual franchise owners.

Normally what ever the contract pays we take 30% as profit the rest is paid out.

It depends on what you're trying to do. If you're looking to work in your business full-time then the higher F-p plans will be what you would want to get.

I'm not understanding your question. The only way to make money with Jan Pro is to accept a contract that make financial sense to you.

Yes. Because if you service you contracts right the master franchiser will get you contracts anyway. The other reserves can be used to support your business until it takes off. Also if you decide that this business is not for you, you won't be out of a lot of money.
