Its crazy how even though Hill was under used and improperly excuted he still was a ace in hole for our offense. Imagine him getting rolled with the right guidance under Kubiak's system. I can't wait.⚜️

The way the Saints have done a poor job on utilizing Taysom these past few years is like if you had a Lambo in the garage but you didn't wanna drive it cause its "too loud" so you took a Prius for safety. The Saints have been on Prius hybrid mode for quite a while now but hopefully this new offense & scheme can wipe the dust & spider webs off this guy because he is arguably one of the best overall football players in the NFL today as far just "pure" football. And no that shouldn't be a hot take if you actually know ball

Good stuff. Hill's age and usage got me curious, so I did a little digging. Trivia question, who has the most career rushing attempts: Taysom Hill, Lamar Jackson, or Andy Dalton? Answer might (or might not) surprise you. Answer: Jackson (875), Dalton (471), Hill (398). By contrast, Kamara has 1315, McCaffrey 1297, Ezekiel Elliot 2065, Derrick Henry 2030. Hill is older at 33, true, but in terms of mileage, he should still have plenty of tread left on those tires. It's the hits, tackles, and injuries that come with all those carries that wear out those running backs, more so than simply getting older. Even without getting hit or tackled all those cuts wear on those knees, hips, and ankles.

Hill gets injured because he plays “football.” He doesn’t go out there with his powder puff Tutu on and take a dive when he’s about to be touched by an opponent. And as far as yardage goes, the other players you named all play twenty thousand downs a year… while Hill, the best player on the team, gets put in the game by Coach Solomon for about six plays.

Out to discredit u or your opinion or views James but I'd figure u out of all us fans and ppl that love and cover the saints is thanks to Drew and coach Payton is we know what success looks like even though we didn't win more Superbowls we do know when the pieces are there. And as much as I like DA as a person and would love to have him lead this team in the era that were in it's clear that something's missing on this franchise and all we can do is hope and pray that we can do enough to really be a contender but to be excited or even have a certain for sure confidence in where that's are with us now would be foolish

Hopefully we do not use him at QB at all. Do not take Carr out of the game and disrupt his rhythm. Find different ways to get Taysom involved and do not restructure his contract where the Saints owe him money later. The contract was already bad from the beginning.

The Saints can use him to the max and they still will fall short bc the other 31 teams are way smarter now at guarding a Taysom Hill play. The gig is up as it's too old and ran too much over the years. Sorry, but the Saints need to get better play out of the rest of the team if they gonna be competitive in the future.

Wouldn't that be a benefit? The 31 other teams have seen Taysom used by the same coaching staff in the same way. Now they are seeing him used in a completely different way that they've never prepared for.
