It'd be great if you made a video on your experience with greco roman wrestlers if you have any, cuz i was curious how it was over there in america. Honestly it's the same for fencing and I bet a lot of other sports. I've seen a friend try a move five times in a row only to get countered and scored on five times.

This is really weird for me to here. I was told to commit and not stop. If I shoot, don't stop until they are either on the ground or have fully broken your shot.

the commitment is to the takedown IMO you need to maintain the momentum but change the direction when you see its not working how it should. obviously still put 100% effort to everything you do just dont forget theres other stuff you can hit too

Tutorials of specific moves. Can you specifically do a guillotine and banana split from legs. I’m starting to do them sometimes, but I think I need to make some adjustments
