Im sorry but what the fuck is this, already putting yourself in bad position before you even got to run your legs No freestyle olympians shoot in this stupid way, you cant even run your legs without posting on the mat with your hand

I was a junior and 5'7 wrestling at 167. Three months later, after the season ended im 5'7 1/2 (5'7 and a half) sitting at 195 pounds. Im currently in summer break going into senior year. My one main goal in life is to grow atleast 3 inches and be a 285. That sounded impossible but ive met people whove done it. Hopfully i can doctor says im still growing 🙏

If you're watching in any point of your life, wrestling is a long commitment you stick to that will benefit you mentally and physically, regardless if you compete or not. If you want to compete, start now, its never too late. One single day can give you a revelation in your skills that may have taken months more to achieve. its all about the small days that allow you to make small adjustments, or big ones. They come randomly and it comes with hard work.

You wouldn’t call him a bitch to his face and even if you did he would do whatever he wants with you. Show some respect you’re not in the octagon.

You did great! Just add some basic submitions to your wrestling. Rear naked choke. Ezequiel choke. Armbar. And if a bjj guy wants to climb on you, let him fall to the ground. Without sumbitions, you don't have any weapon. It's like going to a boxing match expecting to avoid all punches because you don't know how to punch

UFC made me hate MMA and I used to be obsessed with MMA. That's all I'm gonna say. It feels like an anti-fight organization and all fights are so boring and lame it feels like the only goal the fighters have is to not get hurt at all in the octagon.

Yesterday, in quarterfinals of the cons bracket I got disqualified, I wear a mouth guard on my top and bottom set of teeth because I have braces, during the match my opponent bit himself and told the ref I bit him, I was disqualified, the CIF (California interscholastic Federation) official told the referee that he bit himself and the referee said he didn’t see it and I got disqualified my post season (road to state) is over because of a mistake that the referee made and it is one of the worst feelings.

Why is ringworm such a thing in your sport , is it the mats being dirty or the wrestlers ?
@pierre2frostyy3 ай бұрын
Both it comes from dirty wrestlers and it also comes from all the sweat absorbed in the mats if they arent consistently cleaned
