Alhamdulilah, the fact that you are even able to recognize that KZfaq is a big distraction for you is an amazing first step, you did most of the hard work!! Don't beat yourself up about it but ask yourself, "How can I make this easier for myself?" Maybe try setting a specific amount of time in a day you use KZfaq? Or make a promise with yourself that "IF I do use KZfaq, I will ONLY watch videos that will help me get closer to my goals & increase me in knowledge." This is actually a promise I've made with myself that has helped me a lot! 😊 InshaAllah it will be easy for you! Jazkallah khair for your kindness. may Allah bless you sis🩷

I don't have an answer other than this since i suffer from the same thing while also being un-medicated. The only thing I could say is it is easier to battle with your own nafs once shaytan's waswasa is out of the equation. You do this by reading ayatul kursi surah ikhlas falaq and nas day and night. As for sabr read one page of the quran a day and ponder over the meaning of that page. You have heard of "noor ala noor(light upon light)" Everyone has noor in their heart but when that noor is searching for the Quran Allah's speech which is another noor when they find each other what happens is both lights connect onto to each other and you get overtaken by it making it double noor also known as light upon light. How could a person who ponders over Allah's words not have sabr? Make it a lifestyle read one page a day and its tafseer and ponder over it. Stick to the quran and block shaytan for life you can manage life's issues and the soul's whispers with Allah's permission. Hope this helps.

@@SpeakFromWithin Amin. I also want to thank you for this video. Very well researched content. The reward system you spoke of is a great idea sadly we tend to deplete our dopamine on the internet which is unhealthy and needs regulation. A reward system could potentially bring balance. Jazakallah.
