She ran me through a quick battery of tests for my memory, balance etc. She asked if I had been under a lot of stress lately and I said well "just settling in after our (then) 14th move. She paused asked if we were military and I said no it's just something he does-about every 17 months to us. She used to work with at risk women and proceeded to tell me that was a huge red flag. She finished up with me and had her assistant hand me some literature on my way out-it was a pamphlet for the domestic abuse hotline and resources. Ladies I went to my vehicle and cried for a good hour and a half maybe longer because somewhere buried in my mind I knew it was all true. I allowed myself to be gaslit to the point I almost made him my physical and mental health proxy. He absolutely would have put me away thousands of miles from my family. That was April 2019. I am now on my own-rebuilding-and the courts and God saw fit to give me legal recourse for all the years I wasted waiting for him to: grow up, change, find himself, rediscover himself, find himself again and again. Future faking at it's worst. The making you think you're mentally incapacitated by taking advantage of a blood relatives diagnosis is absolutely demonic. I have cut him and other soul ties out in Jesus's name Amen!! 🙏

l literally just broke up with someone myself last night after 5 years plus, soul tie is there and im praying my prayers to break it. God told me not to go there and just like you i did not listen, God gave me dreams and even sent strangers to talk to me and i still was disobedient. This person WAS good looking talked what i needed to hear as i was single for over 10 yrs and was damn lonely and needed attention. For the last 4 years he can barely keep a job, does not have his own place and to be honest i think there is depression and low self esteem present (i also have low self esteem), now he literally looks like he is deteriorating both physical and mentally. i made so many excuses knowing there was no productive future and i was willing to still pursue this madness. looking back at this man properly loved bombed and hijacked me, callings, messages, im outside your house in the car come outside ...everything and i jumped like a rabbit every time. i dreamt this man before i even knew him, in my dream he was pursuing me but i was feeling so anxious i tried to run but he grabbed me and caused me to fall and i woke up. GOD is so great and i have been a fool.

@@SunnySummer777 my emotional health, psychological health got so much better. I learned the lessons I suppose to learned. I'm not up all night worrying about him cheating on me. Gaslighting, fighting, stress, I have no more. I finished school in peace, got a better job, don't have to worry about women coming up to me questioning me about him. He left me in so much confusion, he’d lie and say he loved me and then he’d break up with me, then try to get back together or sleep with me or string me along. I’ve cried so much, and analyzed everything I said but we’re blessed because the lord removed them from our lives. The man God has for you would never hurt you, and you wouldn’t feel like you were settling. He would be emotionally secure and uplifting but we have to be that for ourselves first and trust in Jesus. It’s okay to still hurt and to cry, but just know that the future is filled with blessings. If you still want your child to see him, you can have another person drop them off and pick them up but I suggest zero contact between the two of you. Don’t let him inside your house, and focus on your goals/becoming the best version of you that you can be, and giving your child love. Don’t worry, he’s not going to get away with it he will reap what he’s sown and you’ll be happy and healed.

This whole breakup has been more stressful than I can imagine and come to find out he was sleeping with women all along this whole time while we were still dealing with each other. I broke down bc I had a miscarriage this year! All he could say to me was “you could’ve said no if you suspected I was doing that” I went off and I said I trusted you! Sorry dear but it doesn't work that way in a real relationship. It's subtle flattery, so called giving and sharing of his heart with deep secretive and intimate things like a true partner or lover would give. It's being romantic and loving except there is undying deception. So basically it can come in a normal loving relationship form in disguise. I too am experiencing the same with my soon to be exhusband who is currently love balming the new supply he is sleeping with. It makes me feel sick thinking about it. We have 5 children in the home and he left us just before the start of the pandemic and said he is content, yet he still treats me poorly.

The trick is, you never make the investment back. It was a bad business deal. Go forward with wisdom. Figure out what is broken in you that allowed you to be treated that way. At least it was only 7 months.
