+XtraterrestrialSi FA5 Every si that I've seen, especially 8ths do. When mine warms up it goes down to like 800/1k, but at cold start, it's 2k for some reason. You should be fine though.

my si is stock and like he said the cold starts are gonna idle at 2k but when warm it idles lower

Dude, I'll do it for you for like $300, That's a rip man. Adjusting the valves is pretty tough man, took me two tries to get mine down. Honda quoted me $205 for a valve adjustment, but i decided to just do it myself. Spark plugs are pretty simple.

+Gerb Productions Don't get an air intake. Just get a K & N drop in filter. You'll get that nice intake sound from the stock box. It's worth the $50. I have mine for almost 5 years now :) DO NOT bother getting an intake until you go turbo

Gerb Productions Tru makes sense. I don't have any grinding. I think the tapping noise I'm hearing is my fuel injection.. then again I can't expect my head to sound like a stock one. All the parts are different aftermarket. Part of moding I suppose.. her gerb no bs I'm coming to Yonkers soon. Should do a review get u to help me adjust my valves better then I got them .. buy ya lunch man and something for your car??? Make a video of helping your fan out hahahaha

Lol seriously? I'm just gonna let you think about that or figure it out somehow. Pro tip: the valves are right under the "valve" cover. Which is RIGHT on top of the motor.

Honestly, for the $, it sounds pretty sweet haha. Straight pipe would scream, especially with the vtec crossover.

I had a hollowed out Tsudo exhaust (just for the looks incase I got pulled over) So essentially a straight pipe, no cat or anything. These cars straight piped are ridiculious! I had skunk 2 headers and then straight back. Literally today I put on a Spec D exhaust because I got annoyed of the droning with the tsudo. That Spec D sounds really good!

I originally wanted a Tsudo. That's what I'm saying! For the price you pay, you can't beat it! It is pretty quiet with all the windows up. Only thing i don't like about my spec d is the size of it. Sounds pretty aggressive, people always look haha

Shut up bro. Some people like me too like working on their own car. Cuz like he said I really don't trust most regular mechanics touching my car. Most of them don't really know K20 motors very well. Only mechanic I would trust working on my K is specialist shop like performance shop that do race engine builds and tuning ect. They usually know their shit with K's.
