Hello, this is your boy Jino Fort and I'm going to show you how to do a bone break illusion. A bone break illusion can be slightly hurtful if you don't know what you're doing so make sure you do stretch and you have the gist of the bone break/flexing before you do this exercise. Okay so the first one I want to show you is called the bone break to the left.
What you're going to do is you're going to take a left or right arm, whichever one you're comfortable with, and you're going to turn it all the way around and drop it to the left. Now that's a very good illusion, it's very show-stop. It can turn almost any crowd.
So take your right arm, and hold your left for leverage so it doesn't come out of place too quickly and you have resistance on it. And you're going to point to it, make sure you point your hand straight as you can. Whichever arm you're using, you're gonna point it straight.
So you wanna go one, two, and on three your shoulder's going to come out, three, and on four you're going to drop your whole left arm or right arm to the left or right, like so. Four. Like that. So I'm gonna do it again. I'm gonna take it out.
Make sure it's straight so you have a line and people can't see what you're doing, it is not sloppy. You don't want it to be sloppy. So you go one, two, three, see how my shoulder comes out on three? And on four you make a left. Four. There's still a line. let's try it again. Five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four.
Another bone break move to do is slightly easier and easier to practice with. What you're going to do is put your arm up, left or right, whichever one you're comfortable with, and you're going to slowly scratch this out, it looks like a regular scratch but it's really not, you can use it as a scratch I guess, but what you're going to do is put your left hand or your right hand on your left or right elbow, like so.
See how I go up? Elbow, up. Drop. And pull. Now for you to get that far back there there's a step you can take. You go, one, two, and you slowly just go like this.
It's like you're trying to break your shoulder blade down a little bit, but just do this slowly. The more you do it the more it will break further and you'll be able to get farther and so eventually you'll be able to take it behind you. Now once you take it behind you you're going to let go and it's going to come under your right shoulder. So you're going to drop it like so. One, two, three, four.

For anyone who thinks youre pushing your shoulder out of the socket.. You're not. You rapidly push the shoulderblade from a low point to a high point. The amount of flexibility in those positions determins how 'good' your bonebreaking illusion gets

Alan Jackson Does sound like you are actually „double jointed“ (hypermobile). No ome who is not hypermobile could do that in 2 days, heck not even 2 weeks! Many hypermobile people also just can bend easily in one way like backbends for example but have to practice to get their split

I got the dead arm my first try, but the jump rope took me about a week and I stretched for about an hour to 3 hour a day

Dude, NOBODY ever broke there arm to do this, you just have to stretch a LOT. I'm already advanced and it is very unlikely that you will break your arm. You will feel some pain and soreness, but that's normal. Possibly the worst effect of doing this is probably a few stretch marks, and that's only if you over stretch.

Would'nt ones ability to do this predicate on ones own genetic predisposition? As in being born double or triple jointed? Not everyone can be taught to do this.

You don't have to be double jointed or triple jointed man. Im not double jointed and I'm already advanced at this, it just takes a little bit of time and stretching.

+Jeremiah Rowe I would say practice doing normal stretches for the dead arm, holding all of them for 30 seconds. and once you do that and you move on to the jump rope, practice doing what he does in the video but try using a belt to take your shoulder back. After those, have your body facing a wall, raise your arm and put it on the wall, then keep your arm there in that position and turn your body 180 degrees and lean back on your arm for 30 seconds. Don't overdo it because you could get stretchmarks.

Jeremiah Rowe there is no such thing as being double/triple jointed it is just a synonym term for hyper flexibility, and some people are born with it, but if you aren't you can learn it but it just takes more time

Fleshpound 777 no dude it's not. What is happening is that these guys are dislocating their shoulders and decreasing the stability of the glenohumeral joint. Every time one dislocates their shoulder, it gets easier and easier to do. Shoulder instability is no joke.

NDNguitarguy this is just half the informtation. People who have natural flexibility like this and can learn those moves just within few days are having hypermobility in their shoulder (some also in more than just one bodypart, others only in the shoulder). So if you are hypermobile you are at higher risk to injure yourself practicing that flexibility, than if you start as someone who is naturally stiff and learning it just by lots of practice. But if one is hypermobile and still wants to do it they can precent to hurt themself by strenght training. So if someone for example practices lots of push up, handstands, even handstand pressups they are on the safer side than if they would just stretch

Always stretch, the first time I didn't, trust me I actually dislocated my arm. And trust me thats worst than heck man. Always stretch I can't emphasize this enough.
