That pic of the prolapse is actually incredibly old, like early 2000s old. The guy with the prolapse was a weight lifter that lifted way more than he should have and the pressure sent his guts out his o-ring. Howie Mandel dug up this picture just to shock people lmao.

Howie Mandel used to be a standup comic. He got famous in the 80s for putting a latex glove over his head and blowing it up with his nose, and doing weird voices n shit. He created the character, and did the voice for Bobby, in Bobbies World. Except during standup,it was a little more R-rated. This isn't as "out of character" as people think. He's just going back to his roots. I'd like to see Eddie Murphy do the same.

My biology teacher taught my class about prolapsed rectums. It often happens with bodybuilders, and people that often put a lot of stress on the muscles in that area, and the rectum’s muscles just stop functioning. Howie plays a big part on my childhood cause he played a real life person on the Bobby's World cartoon, that played restless here in Brazil back in the 90's and 00's and I remember loving the real life/cartoon mashup. But this didn't tank the fact that I regret following him.
