NUFC Fan in peace and old enough to remember Man United's rise under SAF. Been to Old Trafford twice in the early 90's. What a place it was then. To see Old Trafford like this is criminal. Ronaldo called it right.

The thing is - the state of old trafford is just one of MANY valid reasons why the glazer out protests are a thing. Utd fans protested them in 2005 before they even arrived, and everyone ignored them. Utd fans protested consistently until 2013, and everyone called them mental because they were winning things. Utd fans protested consistently from 2013-2023, and everyone called them mental because ''LuK hoW mUcH mUnNy ThEy SpEnD'' or ''Its only because you arnt winning!''. Fast forward to 2024 and it feels like only now with Ineos coming in and cleaning up - that non-utd fans have caught up and realise what the glazers have always been.

Totally agree Ste about the end of season awards. This shouldn't have been cancelled as the women have won their first major trophy which is huge, I took my daughter to Wembley and we loved it. But seeing that Gremlin Glazer there shaking the hands of the team like he cares!

I'd vote for ANY political party that put it in their manifesto that they'll force sell assets (businesses/sports clubs etc) that were stolen using leveraged buyouts and ensure, via legal edict, that the owners don't get a penny before the sale covers the original debt and interest paid on the loans since they were taken out.

Spot on about the Glazers. Until they are gone nothing good will ever happen again at Man.Utd. The scenes after the Arsenal game with the leakages were embarassing to watch.Don't they realize how dangerous it is especially the leakage in the opposition changing room. If I was the opposing manager and saw that , I'd tell my players to evacuate the room because I don't want any of my players electrocuted. It has got to the stage where I don't care who the manager is, he will always get a free pass from me while the Glazers are in charge.These scenes were the biggest wake up call ever to oust the Glazers.The fanbase has to stop bickering and put our differences aside and focus on getting those scumbag Glazers out by any means necessary. We want owners who care.

@@looptimelapse ultimately I agree with your point that, if everyone pulled their money away and made it clear they wont pay in until the glazers leave, that they would leave. But there are many reasons why not though: - season tickets are already paid for. Not going to games wont make a difference in terms of income - high volume of tourists who dont care about the protests - match going fans who do care about the protests, but are in circumstances where they feel going to the game is the right thing to do (e.g. a relative is visiting and its a rare chance to watch utd together, etc). - matchday tickets are only a small portion of overall revenue, so would take years and years of it to have the desired affect.
