Solid advice bro. Already 5 minutes in and has helped me rethink my approach for this year. I was going to take time from dieting and stuff but I’m going to keep up my grind. Being going solid from just having a healthy fitness plan for 3 almost 4 months now. Honestly the grey area theory is the most accurate thing I’ve heard any guy say when speaking about relationships or situationships. There’s no point arguing with your own mind about whether or not someone is worth your time. Focus is key. All I can say from my experience so far in life being 22 years old is “Some people may be in better places mentally but always remain focused on the things that you enjoy or want to become successful in because it’s easy to fall on some of the final stages to success.” Keep your heads up guys.
