let me upgrade your amazing summary 1. true confidence Dont rely on other to be confident, they opinion shouldnt affect your confidence 2. Real confident can’t be achieved by short time or can’t be faked like doing a “confident hacks” and etc. So you need have sustained changes in your life so you realize that you can get what you want which makes you confident 3. Dont need to talk a lot to be confident (1 speak slower, eyecotact, come in hot big effort by speaking to them with confidence in the first 2min), “because after this you can retreat yourself back to the quite ways but the first strong impression is already been made”. 4. Body language will translate to mental. Always manipulate your posture and your body language to appear to be relax, and after this your energy inside of tou will be also match up to that outside energy. Good posture that shows x will make your mental do x 5. Grooming/style is more important cause it takes time to show your character. Have a good wardrobe to any type of environment (gym, business, date night and etc) so you don’t look like a geek 6. Embrace the mystery, make people want to know about you by talking more about them and take time or never share your most proudest things “because we tend to talk about these things then people subconsciously realize and they start dig for, because they want to figure it out, and it’s also help us build more confidence it’s going to ensure that you don’t go around and bragging try to get this quick approval”

The thing about us introverts is that people judge us based on their first impression of us. For example a colleague of mine told me one week ago: "You are actually super cool and funny, I thought you are a dork or a loser, because you are always silent and you look grumpy". I work in an office environment with a lot of people around my age (30) and younger. Believe me - there are a lot of pretty girls and funny guys. But to be honest there are a lot of clowns on the guys side. Never shutting up, always keeping the attention on them. Always interrupting conversations they are not supposed to be part of. In my eyes these guys are really weak in their minds and that's why they compensate by never stopping their chatterbox. While me - I am just me. I like silence, ofc I love to talk, but on meaningful matters not basic trending things. And since those things are pretty rare among young people I have nothing to say most of the time. They bore me. On the other side I suspect a really nice girl (a colleague) likes me just because I am like that. As David said - when you speak less, you have more time to observe others. And I observe her and she shows positive reception to me. Ofc I am not 100% sure, but you never know. Thank you for this video David.

Wauw! Just with this very cool analysis you taught me alot! Because I normally won't shut up and keep telling jokes / making funny comments all the time and persistently have to make people laugh all the time. So yeah it's very confronting what you wrote but that's exactly when a good learning curve starts to my opinion. And I think what you wrote down matched really good with this video! So thanks again and David you're the best for putting really helpful things like this out there!

Men if you’re lacking confidence with women just simply go to the mall when you have free time or go anywhere really and when you spot a pretty woman just politely stop her and give her a compliment. 7 out or 8 times you’ll get a positive response back. A simple hey, you look really nice today. Start with just 1 girl a day, then move on to 2, then do 3 a day. Do it for 2 weeks and watch how much your confidence grows

You don't even need to talk to her. They can compliment you with their reaction to your presence. That little "He's cute!" perk they do when they first sight you. Or when they do a double take or the hair touch. Most men get reaction. They just never notice it. It's a question of probabilities. 1 out of x will be attracted to you. So get among the most x and keep an eye out for the 1's. Be observant. You'll learn a lot about body language and behaviour that way, too.

1:29 6:22 🤔 confidence hacks are really important as a first step and gotta "fake it till you make it" until it becomes unconscious cause it's a process, also confidence is about self approval not outside,so it's okay to get shaken for a moment since it's a process not an event But great video, introverts are fr underrated and unaware of their potential

@@KennethMesser1 lately, many of his videos state something political. I've noticed this about myself recently. My whole life i was an introvert and still proudly am. But recently i wanted to at least change my confidence which i did. For example i play violin in public places and i recently dont feel awkward or get nervous when i perform and make mistakes. Despite that i'm still introverted and dont like to be the center of attention. Either way i love being like this. Introvert but also confident in necesarry times.

Regarding clothing, I think it's important to understand what your goals are in a social situation. At work, for example, you need to make an impression and would probably not show up to an interview in a t-shirt and jeans unless you knew the work culture for a specific job to be okay with that or to prefer that. In any area of life, people will always be judging you for your appearance because humans are shallow a lot of the time. I agree that there are times it's important to be concerned with your appearance, but if it's all the time, I don't think it's necessary and it's a waste of energy. I've learned to accept that some people will judge me and others won't. You don't need to impress everybody all the time, so worrying what other people think about me too much feels taxing, like extra work, and burdening while creating and giving in to unnecessary pressure. Most importantly, it feels off focus since the inside is more important than the outside, and the right people who see my worth will accept me for who I am on the inside more than the outside. So, I think it's better to accent one's inside than the outside overall because the inside is far more important. If I accent the outside too much, that will also distract from the inside. One of the last things I would want is for someone to be too distracted by how hot I look to focus on my inside. By dressing more plainly, the person's energy can be allocated to thinking on the inside of my person more easily since humans are easily focused on the outside. All in all, placing too much emphasis on the outside is vain and I want my confidence to come from the inside much more than the outside. I still look in the mirror at myself like other people do and I feel happy not because my clothes are in fashion, but because I like them. Also, the idea that adults, high schoolers, or college students should dress a certain way is how young people think. I think a lot of adults think they're more mature for dressing how they think adults should dress, but I think that they are only fooling themselves in reality and that they are no different than a lot of teenagers and children who think the exact same way. Your environment changes as you get older, but a lot of people keep the same thinking with certain things such as clothing. I see it as narrowminded, since society has arbitrarily decided that a suit coat is more formal than a t-shirt, for example. Clothes are just inanimate objects made of various raw materials that have little value outside of the value that we humans give them. Going back to what I said before, I think it comes down to deciding when you need to adapt to the flow as opposed to doing your own thing, since even though clothing is arbitrarily given value, you need to make an impression at times with people whose opinions you cannot control. Since it's just clothes, I think that it's not worth being stubborn about not adapting to the environment around you if there is a greater benefit in doing so temporarily. It's just not something I would try to do all the time or more often than I would want to do unless I had to. I just try to count the cost of either action (doing my own thing or adapting to the flow) in each individual situation. Finally, I think that looking like a geek or a nerd is fine if that is what you are into. As a proud nerd myself, I've learned that people will judge me for my hobbies, and I've learned to accept that. By becoming one person, I have made a different group of people happy and since everyone has different opinions, it's impossible to make everyone happy at the same time. So, that's why I just want to be myself and my friends and relationships will come from that. It still hurts to receive insults since humans crave acceptance and need validation, but the bigger harm is not being true to myself and caving in to others' insults and thoughts of me. Instead of caving into the pressure, I can become someone who is able to withstand insults and judgment more easily by knowing who I am, what I trying to be, and by drawing confidence from the inside and other people who accept me. Trying to get back at or shut every person down who doesn't like me is a waste of time. Judgment is a part of life no matter who you are, so I think it's very important to accept it. Insults can actually be a green flag since it shows that I am doing my own thing and not trying to make others happy. Pressure ends up becoming a blessing in that case, since it will only make me stronger. Looking back, negative experiences can and do damage us sometimes, but if we respond correctly and are able to heal from them, they help us deal with other similar and less intense negative experiences. For example, I've been criticized for my clothing before since I love gaming shirts, metal band shirts, and skateboarding shoes since those are some of my hobbies, but even though it was very unpleasant at times, it has made me stronger. Gamers, metalheads, and skateboarders face a lot of criticism sometimes, so it's very important for me to be around people who are at minimum okay with my hobbies and choice to wear clothes concerning these hobbies. If I lose friends or gain less friends because of this, I just say that it's not meant to be and I shouldn't force friendships or relationships with people who don't see my value or who judge me negatively. If someone doesn't appreciate who I am in some way, then I don't see a common ground and if someone judges me negatively, that works against me.

I disagree. Confidence does require feedback. As point #2 shows, it's through actions and reactions that you boost your stats, so you should always be looking out for positive feedback. Indications that you're doing it right. All those little successes build into a bigger success and so on. You know you're walking the right path. Loads of guys out there "living on their own terms" and screwing it up royally. You have to be on that fine line between free will and determinism. So much will forever be out of your control. You must adapt to that. But so much is also within your control. Just do it with style.

Hey brother, been a fan for a while. I've worked on my style and wardrobe for a while and have some great outfits. In my community, I don't know if its me or what but nobody dresses worth a shit. My outfit's match and look good and I think some people are just jealous. They've been called too flashy. I feel like some girls are comparing me to guys who don't have nothing going on and wear 3 day old t shirts to everything because they have no self respect. Fuck it. I'm gonna be me.

There's no such thing as an introvert. They're just people who are less extroverted. I like to party then take a rest from it for 2 weeks at minimum. And when I party, I network. I talk to people like an extrovert would. Giving high fives who I don't even know their names yet. But then again, I'm more than fine not partying at all. It's not like we don't like talking to people, we just need more energy to do it, that's why we feel tired after socializing. I just don't want to hear excuses about introverts not saying shit, because they're introverts. No, that's just being egoistic.
