I am 31. The thing I noticed by turning 30 was mostly the bag of experience (good and bad) that I got in my 20s. My life literally started last year: I got the long term results of hitting the gym consistently thought out the years, I learned the lessons, I finally got my own place (no parents and no sharing apartments), I got a circle of friends that are experienced and driven like me (while abandoning the ones who didn’t want to make the step further) and started to make very good money. Overall, I want to say to young boys in their early 20s, take that decade to try as much as you can in order to get the most experience out of it. You're not men yet, you just boys. You'll understand what I mean when you will hit the 30 mark. the 20s are just a period of experimentation, don't rush anything. PS. As soon as you hit 30, women will also find you way more attractive. Be ready for some serious action :)

And what if you didn't do anything in your 20s? Didn't have any social life, no experiences, no mentors to guide you... Literally just getting by alone without becoming a millionaire.
@FiiXxaaH
@FiiXxaaH Жыл бұрын
@@kristijan8518 First of all, one of the lessons I learn was: Never obsess on becoming a millionaire I know it may sound contradictory if you want monetary success in life, but chasing the dollar bill will only bring you anxiety and delusions. One thing that worked for me was simply starting networking with people who had success at the time. It took a long way, I let myself be useful to them in any way possible, and they gave me opportunities. This is a magic life hack that really works. Man, don’t best yourself up, most of the 20s are mediocre anyways for various reasons. Find ways of being helpful to others and make good first impressions. I met important people in the most random ways, many times through people that didn’t have much to offer but had “that one friend who made it” and introduced me to him.

@@annaaffkhan Well the video suggested that a woman's life starts at 18 whereas a man's starts at his 30's. That women prefer older men, specifically 30. So I just said that I disagree, at least personally. I wouldn't want to date someone who's 12 years older than me, it would almost feel like dating my dad. I'd prefer someone more around my age. Like 18-24

I'm turning 31 in August. I've gymmed for 3.5 years, I "woke" up when I realized I had hit rock bottom mentally and physically at 27 (I'm tall but I got fat, 120 kg at 189 cm). I lost 30 kg first year of training and now I'm doing 50-70+ pullups daily and a mix of bodybuilding and calisthenics. The only thing I had was my music. Now I'm in a top 1% body and for the first time since my teens... I feel confident in my body. Life just started for me and my focus is on my music and health. I feel like I'm only getting started!

Considering that all the countries in the world are slowly increasing military budgets, and this has only once managed to go down the drain peacefully. Wouldn't it be a promising solution to get an engineering-IT specialisation to work for the military departments of large companies? You have service experience, if you have not been a staff rat, then you know what soldiers, officers, and the army need to improve efficiency.

Yes, I had some major challenges in my life, but you know, because I pushed myself to get out of my comfort zone and know have received therapy for all of those failures and struggles, it has made me a far more resilient man. And yes, my friends were making fun of me for all of my failures, but those are the same friends who are too scared to get outside of their comfort zones and push themselves. For example, one of my friends has moved back to his hometown. I have made a lot of lifestyle improvements after hitting rock bottom in 2018. My health has drastically improved across the board. man, I'm so happy for you! I'm 27 right now and earlier this year it hit me that I needed to change. I was tired of always being "the fat guy". I changed my diet and actually watched what I ate. It's been around 4 months and I've lost over 35 lbs so far just from changing my diet. I recently started working out from home too and trying to get out of the house more. My whole mindset has started to shift and I'm realizing how much of my life that I've just completely fucking wasted doing nothing productive. I've always been a super shy person, so I didn't make many friends and I've never had a girlfriend before but I'm on a mission to change that. I'm getting into better physical shape while also looking into changing my career to make more money so I can move out of my parents' house. The only thing I'm sort of struggling with so far is the social side because like I said I never really made friends growing up. I'm trying to brainstorm ideas of things I can do to get me out of the house and meet new people. I don't really have many hobbies because I just played video games most my life. So far, I'm just trying to physically get out of the house and take the dog to the park or something like that. I've also been looking at meetup.com to find any sort of group activities that I can join to meet some new people and I might try volunteering a couple times too. So, where I'm at now, I've got the motivation, but I've got to keep it because it's just going to take time. There's a lot of my life that I'm changing, and it won't be overnight and all of a sudden, I have tons of friends and a girlfriend or anything like that. I know this will be probably a couple years of work, but I will get there eventually just like you bro. Anyways thanks for reading this. I just needed to vent a bit and put my thoughts into words.

Hey David, I wanted to say thank you for this video as it really spoke to me personally. I've been following you for a few months now and your content has had a life changing impact on me, right up there with Jordan Peterson. When I was 15 I was diagnosed with severe Crohn's disease. I was 56 lbs and 4'8" and starving to death. After 2 surgeries and dozens of hospitalizations, I was told by several doctors I was probably going to die and if I did live I was going to be short and underweight the rest of my life. I ended up surviving but I allowed myself to get depressed and give up on my dreams. I dropped out of college my first semester and wasted my 20's playing video games and trying to survive an 8 year abusive marriage with a paranoid schizophrenic. Now I'm about to turn 30 next month. I finally got through the divorce last year and I've been reading a several books a month, podcasts at work every day, gymn (12 week beginner workout on the Beastly app) 3 days a week, going back to school this fall to get my degree and leveling up my editing skills on Skillshare to start my own side hustle this summer. Thank you for everything you do, from the bottom of my heart. Its difficult not to tear up as I type this, looking back at who I was last year vs who I am becoming today. Back to the grind.

Thanks, Bro. Needed to hear this. This is exactly how I've been feeling. I just turned 30 and started feeling like I missed my time. I'm remodeling a house, I'm in school pre-med and going through the grid. Sometimes, it can be discouraging to see the struggle in front of me. Flip the Script.. 👍

Damn I’m just about to turn 20 in a few months. If I dedicate myself now the benefits will really pay off later on. I’ve been consistent at the gym for about 2 years now, I pay all my bills, I read everyday about different topics that will make me mentally and physically stronger like self discipline. I push my confort zone on the daily. I already got the hard part down which is to get the ball rolling. Wish me luck brothers and may we all see each others in about 10 years with significantly more success ❤

This 100% true. I turned 30 last year and it hit me like a ton of bricks.. time is running out, you need to stop fcking around and get your life together. I spent my whole entire 20s chillin, smoking, watching KZfaq and FB all day. Now, I spend most of my time studying, reading and making plans/goals. I have the next few years mapped out, I'm a completely different dude than I was 3 years ago.

For man it's whenever you get jacked, get money and get confident - that's the age you slay. My uncle was a total loser for all his life, btw his words, now he's turning 50, he started to get his life in order when he was divorced at 43, he's jacked now, got business off the ground, dating 25yo hot af and very smart chick - I can't score that, it's crazy she's literally head over heels for him and she makes a lot, so it's not about the money.

I just turned 31 & got out of a seven-year relationship and been really focusing, on being the best version of myself no more alcohol,smoking, or partying just straight up all gas no brakes and I encourage everybody to take control of the wheel of life and steer it in the direction that you want and stop looking for instant gratification and take time and enjoy the process💯
