Yo bro, just wanted to quickly thank you. I watched some of your videos because I’ve been insecure b*tch my whole life. I would always seek others approval and let negativity get to me. Last year I was depressed and reached my heaviest weight of 97kg I was 19. I began bodybuilding February and now in love with it. I’m still struggling with depression but I lost 17kg and gained so much confidence. I would of never started making KZfaq videos if it wasn’t for some of your vids. Shoutout to you and thank you. I was also able to have girls come up to me recently and making conversations with me. I never thought that would ever happen in a million years lol. Still need to work on my pick up game but I’m working day by day on it.
