The only true way to boost self-confidence is to put hard work into what you do. Confidence relates to an activity and doesn’t mean anything by itself. Confidence comes with doing a certain thing over and over and getting better results.

In my view, confidence is accepting who you are and your abilities. You could be a tall, rich, muscular guy who is still insecure, or you could be poor, unattractive and still confident about yourself. Btw by accepting I don't mean that you won't work on it, you could be okay with yourself in sucking at something because you've never tried it before, but still want to become better.

Great video. Format and delivery were on point. I’ve been struggling alot with self confidence and depression. It has been very hard for me to change my ways, and I’ve been falling back into my self destructive behavior. I’ve been going to the gym again which has been helping me tremendously. It’s making me feel better about myself and makes my days feel less meaningless because I have something to look forward to at the end of my day. I’m beginning to realize that with hard work I CAN dig myself out of this hole. I will start incorporating these tips. Thank you for the inspiration

I actually really like the new format and approach to the videos with the tips. The edits into them definitely grabbed my attention even at the beginning of the video. It's definitely a huge step up more than anything. The only "negative" which I've seen other KZfaqrs do but it's also rare as hell too was your Practical Mindfulness tip. The talk to yourself was a little eh but again I wouldn't HEAVILY count it as a negative. This video was definitely an 8/10 LOL nah it was an 10/10. I enjoyed the edits, the transitions and the new approach. I also liked knowing the next tip before you did it which normally you go into the next tip during next major transition. Keep it up

Hell yea I made it to the end. I'm not sure about the CBD tho, is there any negative effects on long term use? Meditation is a way to go and breathing training as well. Solid transitions. Good pauses for effect. I like the little sound effects too. Also, not sure if it’s the day or a different filter but it had a subdued appearance that I think can work for different videos depending on subject matter. Good stuff 👍🏻
