#4 is so true. I think us as a society get caught up in our heads with either pride or fear or a little bit of both because we may feel that we shouldn't do things like initiate conversation or always be the one to do that. And memes on IG don't help either that say stuff like "you shouldn't always be the one to initiate or text first". I disagree with that and I'm glad somebody finally touched on this.

I might have been critical of his videos in the past but this was a good one. Good advice, I was actually naturally good at letting people talk about themselves then more recently started to doubt myself thinking I sound like I am interviewing them or being nosey, so I began to start to talk more about myself. But this I now realise isn't working. I say stay with what comes naturally, some may not like the approach but most will. It's the same with people who talk a lot about themselves, some are naturals at it and so I don't mind letting them talk on.

I was very passonate about my life. I was an active football team cap. at my school. But after an incident on August of 2017 I got depressed. I countnt get any cure. I forgot how to talk to girls like literally. I couldnt even stand out outside of my house. I felt like quiting. I even quit the gym .. thats my biggest regret ever..1.5 yrs passed by I found ur channel and got motivated again by seeing ur activeness.. and optimistic about life.. THANKS TO U BRO. Confidence is so important, especially when it comes to attracting girls. *Girls are hardwired to seek security. If the girl senses that you're insecure, she'll be turned off.* Confidence is a lack of insecurity. You guys should look up a program called "Unbreakable Confidence".. Those guides are great for learning how to reprogram your mindset.

Just go out and Talk to girls it increases your confidence by 1000%. I started when I was 14 and only got rejections. Now I am 15 and I started go out regulary . When I See a girl I Smile and go to her and say that I like her. I have bad and good days but on average I get a number from every 4th girl. Just go out and try it you can Not loose!
