Remember kids, regardless of if you are 18, 28, 38 or 48 it’s never too late to self improve and become better. 18-25 is a critical time but it does not define your lifelong potential. Little bit of advice to the older gentleman on here that may be struggling to get ahead and feel discouraged with these type of titles. It’s never too late

I sort of agree. My 20-21 was wasted to cancer, then 21-26 was wasted with post-cancer depression. But it doesn't help bitching about it. I'm 29 now and I am making gains in the gym (did 4 pullups with 85lbs on the belt, bench pressing 265, and is comfortable with talking to girls again. I worked my way up economically from 26 to 28 so I have enough money to live away from home even without working. GET ON THE PATH NO MATTER THE AGE!

Success is subjective. As long as you continue moving towards your own personal goals in life, it doesn't matter if your 18, 30, 40+. Men grow everyday. I'm 30 and if I was in this position in my early 20s, I wouldn't be able to handle it. Nothing comes too late or too early. Everything that happens in your life is supposed to happen, WHEN it happens. There's no timetable. Just make sure you're MOVING FORWARD. There's still many life lessons you need to learn, and work you need to put in. It's not a destination, it's a journey

So, I'm in the early stages of my self improvement journey. I'm 25 now and have done nothing important with my life. I have no friends, an very overweight, lost a good job because I didn't take care of my health and almost became homeless- mostly in the last year. A couple months back- March- I decided to change things, and got lucky with the job I'm currently in. Sadly that is ending this week. However, in a couple months I've improved my health, listened to the advice of a few different men (yourself included) and have been starting to make ripples for myself. Right now my focus is on getting a job that lasts longer than a couple months and allows me to keep the stability I'm building for myself. I'm starting to learn some coding & have a career change in mind to allow me to get to my overarching goal. I've found your advice on life in general has definitely helped me guide myself onto a better path. So thank you & keep up the good work 👍

I grew up with Dave and we both had things that set us apart from each other. I started working at 14. Since then I have never been out of a job. Sometimes I would work three jobs. When I decided to pay for my own college and my financial aid was cut in half for working, I decided to drop out. With no skills I had to graduate and move my way up in meaningless corporate jobs. Now I have freedom and I support myself. If I had a supportive family who helped with my education or financial aid for college, I may have already started my business and obtain freedom. I will keep working I don't put anyone above myself. I'm on my grind which is different from your grind and different from your mind

I spent all my twenties focusing on my studies and having high degrees , i got a master degree in environmental risk, but it is when i faced the harsh truth that having a degree doesnt guarantee you getting hired easily you have to work on certain sides of your personality , which i didnt when i was in my teen years and early twenties, i worked in the post office while i was living in France, it had nothing to do with my major but allowed me to work on my social skills. currently im 31 and i'm doing another training to become a rural engineer, with that i have in my resume a long ass academic curriculum. my experiences with girls were okayish , i mean ive been friendzoned a lot in the past, i wasnt good at approaching strangers i was afraid they ll call me out because they would fing that very uncomfortable but it was all in my mind preventing me to take action, but im trying to enhance my dating life by embracing my manly traits and hitting the gym and having a sexual and health discipline that would help me to push away insecurities and fight self doubt.

Can't agree more, I had - not so bad (seen worse), but not best routine during my university study (I'm soft dev too), and after a lot of school/work stress, I started fixing myself after late 24 thanks to some podcast and Andrew Huberman, now I have so many power, energy, clear mind, good memory, brain fogs are out. Now I study and work, more, better, I can handle harder projects, and still have a little bit of time for my side projects, which I hope, will bring something back (maybe sell it, maybe as reference to better paid jobs) :)

I spent my twenties going to school and working full time. I had a total of one girlfriend (my first one) in that decade, and that only lasted a couple of weeks. Don't get me wrong though, I had no idea how to navigate relationships and deal with women. I'm still figuring that stuff out now. But I spent the lion's share of my energy determined to get my degree while working full time, and I did by 25. Now I'm 33, in the best shape of my life (although like Dave said, recovery doesn't come as quickly) doing Muay Thai (started at 28), making six-figures in IT, have a paid off car, and just bought a house. I'm still reinventing myself (quitting porn) as I'm learning who I am as a person. I'm doing things now (going out a lot, taking trips) that most people seem to do in their 20s, but now I have a lot more money to do it, and the sense to do it responsibly. I was also fortunate to grow up in a family that placed a premium on education and using money wisely, and I stayed in my parents' place until I was 29. Lay the foundation in your twenties, reap the rewards later in life. Yeah it might mean your social life will take a backseat, but you won't regret it. Go with God. Stay humble. Work hard but smart. Make good friends who are financially better off than you are, so you learn how to get to their level.

Well, I'm 28 now and I did fight over 12 years with my sickness in hospitals, living in dependency of my family, etc... I barely finished my high school with more than the half of the my high school time, in the hospital. It is now since... 2months... that I finally won that fight. Well my sickness will never go, but I am FINALLY in control of it and my body. It is NOW that I am starting to do something with my life. I hope that it is not too late. I will give my best. I am recently starting to... live. I am still at the point of establishing a daily routine. The next step is to work out, cuz I'm overweight, due of all my time in the hospital. At the moment I am doing my driver's license, because this is a basic thing that I need. Well... and then... I don't know. Should I start studying at the university? Or should I do something else?

It’s not too late man. All that happened you until now made you who you are today and added up to make your character of today. The world is tough, and with your path you’re stronger now to win than most men that didn’t struggle. Do what your intuition tells you to do, whatever it is. Work, work, work, that’s what men can do to get ahead. The important thing is that you never stop, don’t let people distract you from your goals and don’t procrastinate, whatever you do learn from your mistakes and results every day until you get to where you want to be

Six years younger than me, yes, we are still together. But I don’t agree with everything in this video. Until you are 50 years old, you can’t say you know how things will be if you don’t get after it in your 20s. Only now do I consider myself to be in my prime. And once you’re 50 years old, you probably will too…

Love your videos mate. Hello from Australia 🇦🇺. I disagree slightly on the property strategy, “rent-vesting” has been working well for me since my late twenties. Rent out the properties you own and rent elsewhere for flexibility. Builds up net wealth, makes expenses tax deductible and you can essentially get the properties to pay for themselves at a minimum. 👍🏼

At 43, as someone who didn't get his shit together until 26 when I joined the army, Dave's 100% right about the advantages you have when you're young. The unlimited energy reserves and lack of responsibility/attachments is something you'll never get back, so don't waste it. This is facts because reality is regardless of how we feel life and people are not going to or are supposed to feel sorry for you you’re job is to get up and grind work hard every day it’s supposed to be difficult because laying around making excuses criticizing others will just get you left behind it’s your life so take it by the throat and refuse to be average because your more than average and you should want the best for yourself you’re life and for your future and to the people that hate get rid of them because everyone has greatness in them it’s their fault that they decided to be fat and lazy when you put yourself through suffering building mental strength and putting in the hours they wish they could but they sit around feeling sorry for themselves and they should It’s pathetic stop living for and caring about others and care more about yourself

I'm 31, and I feel like I am like 8 years "behind". So not too bad, but I did build myself up somewhat though I wish content like this existed 10 years ago. I think one can keep trying and failing up until you're 30 especially if you have no kids. I'm single so I'm still working on some things I want to build up but this time I have less things I want to try out because I already did a lot of things in my 20s that like homie said, your skills build up and show their value in the future. I totally agree with dopamine fasting. I gave up my TV, video games, and living in a cheap area making enough money that gives me plenty of free time. I always wanted to make an animation and now I have plans on how to approach this with the past endeavors of filmmaking, drawing, video editing, writing, freelancing, etc.

Guys stop swallowing this, if your not Rich by 25 it's over for you. Do your best everyday, find what works for you, and dont stress too much about tommorow. Strive to be happy in every day life. Not saying money is bad but there is a lot of wealthy people out there that are not probably not very happy. Best of luck my brothers.

Remember kids yall can have a fuffiling satifying stable life without being 1% Being "average" is NOT BAD most of us will be in the 99% no matter how much we work ( David is also very lucky) this DOESNT NOT MAKE YOU A LOSER. The very nature of being high value is only a select few can become one AMD THATS OKAY. Focus on being the BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF AND STRIVE FOR GREATNESS but dont pull yourself down simply because you are not a high value man. Being high value is MEANINGLESS without virtue, integrity, honor, and kindness.

When you say "If you would have told me **** 5 years ago, i wouldve called BS", it really strikes home, 3 years ago, i was depressed, had no education besides primary school, 140kg/315lbs and no plans what so ever. Now, I am actively going to the gym 5 days a week, just graduated, am 130lbs down and am starting my bachelors degree in health and neutrition in a month. If you had told me i would be here, 3 years ago, i wouldve called BS to, EVRYTHING is possible guys ! My journey from 19 to 22 years old.

When it comes to owning or buying a home that's based on the type of person you are because some people are fine living in one city for life.If you want to buy a home while in your 20's it would be a smart investment because owning property is a value here in earth!

From 18 to 21 I was in college and got a degree in English Language and Literature. I participated in some extracurricular events but did not win any. I made a small group of friends only 2 of whom I'm still in touch with (I'm 27 now). 22-25 I studied Law. I didn't graduate from it and still have papers to write. I did 6 internships during this time. I didn't make many friends. So I think I am placed ok for now. My early adulthood was pretty mediocre. I should have done better, But now I'm trying to get better.

It's probably because women are born with value, men have to prove they have value. If you are a man who lacks the ability to be playful and put others at ease with stimulating conversation, especially if you are not good looking, society simply doesn't give a care about you AT ALL. Women will usually have someone propositioning them at all times regardless of their weight or personality. When the titanic sank, men were shot if they tried to get on the lifeboats over the women and children. Men are basically utilities to promote the consumption society that is largely female driven, as their genetic drives pushes them to improve themselves to essentially impress and win over women as a main genetic goal having to out-compete with other men. This includes giving their lives for said women, but of course not all men share these traits and some resent being placed in this role.

As someone a 26 year old who watched most of his friends piss away there 20s I do somewhat agree. You can get it totes in your late 20s or even early 30s but it’s very hard. Most of my friends are fucking losers now and only 10-15% of us are making lots of money and buying houses.
