Output to input water volume matters extremely on this case...so you need to have much more water at the putput in long pipes, then it will work....never let air into the system as it will kill the Vacuum...

If the top has a vacuum it could work for maybe 30 seconds until those bubbles fill the vacuum and then it has no suction.

This doesn't work, once the water surface level reaches top pipe ,water stops flowing through bottom pipe opening.

This is not a pump. it's a reservoir with a tap. The bottle is the reservoir. when the water level falls below the level of the bottom pipe (tap), water flow will stop

It will actually stop before that because the pressure inside the container will be lower than the atmosphere outside of it. The pressure will actually equalize and the water will stop flowing. Same as if you suck water up a straw and then hold your finger over the hole while you pull the straw out of the water.

I tried this and it worked until I stopped it, I was shocked the bottle was completely full the when I unpunched the straw water level dropped a little as the second straw drew water to the top again after that the water level stayed constant until I stopped it to add dye to the water, but it worked and held level in bottle perfectly worked off vacuum and syphoning

That's because of the pressure difference inside the bottle and the surrounding. Bottle got filled with water completely and the air inside it escaped. That's how it works. Due to pressure difference.

Mine too water is flowing on from the top pipe back and not from the bottom pipe. How is yours working I don't understand.If close the top cap small pipe water is not coming, if open it comes, but as no pressure stops

The round cap lifts the bottle out of the water tht is poured inside of the container so the back side straw can dangle in , re suctioning the water back into the bottle.. if to sit the bottle directly into container of water, there wouldn't be enough (space)airflow for the water to be suctioned back up into the bottle. This is why the backside straw is longer than the bottle vs. being the same length .

People saying this doesn't work of course it does he just did it wrong. Gravity will create a vacuum . He just needed to move all the air out and seal it properly .. if it cant pull air it must pull water therefore creating suction

@@philtate5395guess what, did you know that the straws can also move fluid 2 ways! So that means when a vacuum is pulled, it doesn't suck through the back, oh no, it sucks through the front! And it does that until it reaches the end of the straw. By then the water has no where to go. Saying that the water has to get sucked up because a vacuum is pulled is true, but the openings which fluid can flow also count. Like having a straw which has a hole in it. You are sucking on it, but it comes in as a mixture of air, and the fluid. Gravity is a strong force, but so is fluid dynamics and other things alike. Fluids want to stick to things. Like water sticking to you. When you try to move them like in a pipe, the fluid around the endges tend to slow down. So that is another factor in why it doesn't work. If you don't be love me, make the machine. You will find it doesn't work. Even if you do it with the exact same materials. If this was possible why didn't we harvest this energy? Why don't we have free energy? Why didn't anyone ANYONE harness this energy even after 100 years. And even before that? Why didn't any big company take this on? Because it isn't possible

1 tube siphon would work.. 1 long tube.. Hole high in.. Low out.. End in container of water.. Other end spits it out.. The bottle is just the arch/tube holder.
