sí, como dijo Theo. Es la forma un poco grosera de decir are you kidding me? o I dont believe you!... la forma más amable pero todavía en slang es: no manches. Y la forma PG13 es no inventes.

Hola. I'm an English teacher from Brazil and my dream is to live in Mexico. Do you think there are enough jobs there?

Hola. I think you could teach English in Mexico. Schools dont pay very well, but you could build your own network of students. If you work in one of the wealthiest areas, you might find a lot of students who are willing to pay what your work is worth. But I would definitely say that these are difficult times for everyone and I am not sure how things might change in the near future. Be safe!
