I did Maunawili falls hike and someone asked me if I did the bridge and moss sliding?? Bridge? Moss sliding? Guess I found my next hike!
The trail to the falls was a little less muddy then my last hike. Still a muddy mess so I dressed up like a homeless person with crappy jeans and crappy shirt since I knew they would end up covered in mud.. again. This time I wore better shoes hoping to get some traction on the mud.. didn't help lol.
The trail to the bridge was a bit steep, a bit narrow, a bit scary and a bit super scary! What a fun hike! Ranks up there as one of my favorites. The walk along the pipe was nuts since it was not that wide and covered in moss. The walk over the bridge was fun but it had no steps and it swayed when I walked it. And the bridge is really old and falling apart so no idea how much longer it will last!
The moss sliding looked like crazy fun but I didn't do it since I'm shy....
