Five hundred years ago, Fontaine once had an invincible armada, with blazing guns and thrusting prows, it defended the peace and glory of the nation of justice.
But as the Cataclysm descended, the giant abyss monster Elynas and its fellow horde invaded Fontaine, day by day they pushed deeper towards Fontainian homeland.
At this critical moment, former admiral Basil Elton returned to her post, at the helm of her flagship "Sponsian", she led the great White Armada against the encroaching horde.
Facing insurmountable odds, an ultimate sacrifice was made. Sponsian used itself as the last shot and rammed straight into Elynas, sinking both beneath the ocean depths.
Thus, the White Armada successfully defended its homeland, at the cost of its complete destruction.
This video is not only about this epic battle, but also about the brief, yet impressive life of Basil Elton, former admiral and vice director of the Narzissenkreuz Institute.
Since the story took place in Fontaine, naturally it would also make use of Fontaine's favorite form of art, "drama" as intepretation.
We have tried our best to arrange suitable characters, based on their personalities, identities and appearances, to play their respective roles in this drama.
Note that both they themselves and the ones they played as, are the heroes of Fontaine, worthy of respect and applause.

The story of the White Armada is just a small part of the larger, Narzissenkreuz series of stories, in some ways merely a prologue.
Neither was captain Basil someone favored by the gods, she wasn't the genius who invented the Pneuma-Ousia annihilation reaction, nor did she have the grand foresight to solve the crisis foretold by prophecy.
But as a veteran who's duty is to defended her country, she fought to the very last moment, and was not found wanting; and as the vice director in the eyes of her children, she bought them a future with her very life, a future for her country.
