I did this last week, was hoping this video would help, so I had to just figure it out, I can say though, you do not have to do all the steps listed in the service manual. Just do right and left cover, skip top and rear cover, skip removing cables from top cover, skip removing front panel and all that, just remove the tube assm and electrical from the carriage, unhook the encoder strip on the right, remove plastic carriage stop, remove right metal end plate and belt tensioner from it, then the carriage comes right out the right side.

Great Actually its very easy, Not all in the service manual u meed to do just point what issue related to. service manual is to guide u in basic way. But not all issue in hardware are mention in the manual, you your self was discover some issue and once u solve that it will be more easy to you, because i can connect and combine that ideas in your next trouble shooting.

Could you recommend a good place to buy ink for this machine. Some of the places I've been to I can't purchase all the colors just a few. I bought one of these used and I'm trying to learn. Any advice would be helpful I would appreciate it and thank you in advance

After belt replacement in my Z6100 (very similar built design) I noticed terrible belt shaking and vibration until error 86 appears (paper jam). Do I have to do any calibration or something else after replace?

Did you lubricate and did u check the motor gear grove if there is no obstructions and also the pulley bearing it could be damage.

You can buy from amazon, ebay also in some online shop. Make sure that u order the right part number

He was able to replace the belt but he didnt show it in the video...Anyway it was not mention on the thumbnail he jus put belt replacement not how to replace belt :D :P

Of you want , i can give an idea or i have service manual, actually its easy to replace. The hardest part of the repair was replacing the Inktube Assembly. It looks like diff because its big size Plotter but technically its almost the same with normal plotter.

Doesn't even show you how to replace the drive belt. What a pointless video...all you see is a page being printed.
