Dear Hamed! I need your help with a fault in the hp 500ps desinjet plotter. When I send an image to print, gradually the magenta color disappears, until it disappears completely. While the rest of the colors (cyk) continue to print without problems. I did the maintenance to the service station according to this video kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ht5ng8ugl8jFdXk.html and I bought a new hp11 magenta head, and the same failure continues. Hello my friend The problem of your plotter is in The nozzle of your magenta print head or the nozzle of your magenta cartridge of the continuous system you must purge the ink circuit and change the magenta cartridge

You have an air leak in the continuous system I think you need to bleed the circuit and just change the magenta cartridge
