I have a problem where I don't know if the disc encoder OR the carriage scale encoder strip OR timing belt is the problem OR something with the actual carriage is broken and makes a screatching strong noise every time i open the printer. The green power led and the two orange leds for ink and paper keep flashing simultaneously.

Friend thank you very much for the video. I have a problem with my plotter, the blue lever to feed the roll does not work for me, when I lift it it does nothing, check the cables and the button that activates and everything is fine. What can happen, can you guide me. Thanks for your help.
