i got my hp smart tank 750. they said can copy long size but the output after copying is a4 size.. can't copy whole long size print..

Had a question while installing for the first time. I filled up all the ink tanks and when i closed the access door, it says that cyan is still not full even though i just used an entire bottle. Any help on this?
