His comment reads like he would use email...post a questions and read a response when he can make time for it. I don't see it as rude. I see it as rude that you assume everyone should give up the whole 30minutes as a penalty to get the information they are interested in, when that might not be an option. My exact take on all crypto...someone else (new) has to buy in for the original investors to get out with all their initial investment.
