Hi Cassandra. Nothing comes to mind off the top of my head. I know of many good sources on principle, but nothing that would specifically help you. Good luck though!

@@cassandra19961 A fair plan. Performance appraisals are one small piece of performance management. But a visible and potentially emotional one. See my episode on performance management.
