Love ya HTB, but if you reaaaally think about it Dark Matters are the secondary card, they might as well be Galaxy opals just slightly boosted(yea some DMs are amazing, but tons are mid, or Alltime, and not the top card we want) The 15% is for normal DMs, the odds for invincibles are probably where they were and not good, ive spent hundreds and not pulled one. Because DM and Invincible are the same tier they can tell us the odds are better, but really we are still getting hoed and people are happy about it..
