我每日早餐食一片面包,兩隻熟荷包蛋,有時2隻水煮蛋,一杯黑豆漿,中午食蕃茄波菜麵線、或者冬菇蒸肉餅配一小份西蘭花,半小碗飯!夜晚就飲一大碗合掌瓜紅蘿蔔粟米栗子排骨湯!食少少湯渣就0K了。

@@nutritionmama 多謝妳的回覆,請問她現在可以飲木瓜湯嗎?因她聽朋友講唔食得,是否真的,因我每星期煲湯她喝,但現在都唔知煲咩湯,多數煲魚、牛尾湯,羅宋湯,因她不吃洋蔥,不煲有药材的湯。請妳给我議見再可以煲咩湯呢?謝謝妳!🙏🙏
