其實做乜都無所謂架，大肚婆比所有人更清楚自己既身體狀況，coffee event tea is also ok just not over 200cc will be fine. 薑醋唔係大肚食架，because薑會令子宮收縮行氣活血，要生完先食得，event 西醫都係叫大肚婆生完先去食薑醋，大肚時唔好食😂 搬屋搬野只要大肚婆體力ok 就ok，香港好多出名大肚婆都去跑步做重型運動，so I think 奶奶will dun mind all what you do😂

Please don’t drink coffee, Georgia! My friend drank coffee during her previous pregnancy. All of her 3 children don’t sleep well at night and they all have ADHD as well. The children are lovely but they seem to be non-stop children. The doctor told my friend that the consequences of having coffee during pregnancy! Anyways, the intelligence of Chinese can make the pregnancy smoother! Truly pray you’ll have a healthy, happy, adorable baby very soon!

10點之中基本上只有第1 & 2 點有根據 1. 咖啡因唔可以多過200mg 除左咖啡/茶仲有唔少飲品包括可樂都有咖啡因你要好清楚自己每日攝取量先好飲 2. 生冷野驚有沙門氏菌/李斯特菌就算懷疑後期感染都好大嘅機會流產其餘基本上都係迷信

以前很多人也分享这样不能那样不能，但我都没跟，因当时我家里大装修，我设计，所以由我管，我的工作也是drafter, 每天都要用剪刀，我也爱吃螃蟹和鸭肉，只是减少吃榴莲，怕太热气。我觉得吃方面最重要营养均衡，什么都吃一点ok的。要运动。我生了3胎，孩子都出社会了，我也不太做月子。最重要还是营养均衡和运动，思想乐观开朗，什么病都没有。我妈妈和弟媳都是喝咖啡喝到生啊！

Just wanted to say as a doctor, that there is no safe level of alcohol to drink in pregnancy! Any amount can lead to a variety of disabilities and predisposes the baby to fetal alcohol syndrome.

我都沒在管的，長途機旅行、煮飯、拿刀、搬家、喝咖啡(平常喝decaf，一般咖啡就喝過幾次，每次一杯)，冷飲、雪糕這些我過了三個月就沒戒了，4-6個月還去慢跑，隔天先就在家運動，吃東西也不過量，盡量吃蛋白質和蔬菜水果 Sex也是到7個月才完全停止(主要因為怕子宮收縮) 女兒岀生後我也洗頭了，身體真的沒問題，如果有人跟我說老了才知道我會說我老了再告訴你，如果你還在😂

Congratulations Georgia!! Not sure if you have this book already but go get The New Contented Little Baby Book for baby sleeping routine and habits! Your baby and yourself need it for good quality sleep 😊 A little of coffee is perfectly fine! I’m a mum of 2. But yes, those chinese traditional rules are difficult to follow but it’s good to follow somehow! But not the coffee! You need a bit of booster! 😂 Meantime SLEEP MORE 😂

i can drink many cups of coffee a day (not an addict though) but when i got pregnant, coffee just stopped being appealing to me. i didn't even know i was pregnant yet but i found myself ordering coffee at cafes when i sat down to work and not really touching the coffee. i just eased off of it. the sad thing is, i like to order venti-sized coffee so about a week later i switched to grande and then just started getting myself a tea instead of coffee. i also could not take fried food when i was pregnant. i guess my babies like to eat healthy. XD
