第二位40+岁，关键是生了4胎，不年轻？如果她没生育过，那40+岁我觉得OK，但一般生了4胎，30出头可能看起来就40+，她40+看起来也不过30多，也很显年轻啊

中醫的涼熱是指食性，食品的屬性，並非指食材的溫度。如：蚌類、螃蟹、豬腸、鴨血...等，這些都是屬於涼寒性食物，懷孕要少吃！

Yes agree with the mum of four. Just do what makes you feel happy during pregnancy. I drank cold drinks very often during pregnancy because body temperature was higher then and felt hot. You can consider washing your hair using herbal bath during confinement

每個人的體質都不一樣，視情況而定。中西醫都看，如果需要一些“進補” ，那就吃點，中醫是從飲食做起，西醫是吃維他命等的補品。現在的人營養都比較足，不宜亂補。最重要吃好，睡好，保持身心愉快。等寶寶出生也一樣，寶寶吃好，睡好，保持衛生，身心愉快，你就比較輕鬆。

可以洗头，用薑煲些薑水洗就可以，洗头的薑水不要弄到眼睛，洗完要马上用吹风机吹干，如果就用水龙头水直接洗，以后会有头风，容易头痛。

薑水！有這招，我第一次聽到⋯太酷⋯台灣是要嘛真的一個月不洗頭，要嘛就忍個一兩個禮拜，很多我知道的都是沒在管的⋯

薑水也可以用来冲凉，如果顺产就可以用薑水冲凉，但不要弄到伤口，用薑水冲完身体会暖的因为薑水是辣的，如果是开刀就用薑水抹身，等伤口好了就可以冲凉，如果是开刀的，伤口未好之前不要吃薑，开刀伤口未好之前吃薑容易伤口位置会增生。

@@carson3448 不是的，有一種菌叫李斯特菌，常存在於未經煮熟的食材上，一般成年人感染可能會沒症狀或只是輕微腸胃炎，但這種菌會經胎盤傳染寶寶，會引致早產甚至寶寶死亡，幾乎每年都有案例發生，我覺得還是小心為上比較好
