hi, i bought matebook 14 2021, i7. but the device has slowness and sound, it seems to be struggling. although I haven't used it yet. Is it possible that there is a problem with the computer? because I thought that a computer with this feature and liked should be faster. I will be very happy if you answer. thanks..

Yes, but 8gig of ram is not enough for cad and DDC. Go for i7 and 16gigs of ram instead.

Someone know the differences between the 14 and b7-410..? looks like the b7 is better.. is the screen the same or better at the b7? Can buy both for about 800.. what shal i do.

buy the b7 it has a 3k screen intstead of 2k on the m14. The b7 also seems to be more slimmer. I have the m14 and it is very good

Hello. Just bought one(core i7) and the battery life when 100% is around 4 hours. It's too short. They claimed it to be around 9hours.

Wouldn’t expect the i7 battery to be around 9 hours. Remember it depends what applications / things you are using your laptop for.

What about bleeding? Is it the same as the 2020 AMD model? That model comes with very bad screen bleeding. Is the screen great overall? Or just good enough?

Im going to buy the Matebook 14 (2021) with a Ryzen 7 5700U, it has really decent gaming potential and has great speed for study for £800 definitely the best choice :)

Great quality laptops from Huawei but two minuses They have shitty trackpads and touch sensor breake apoximately after 6 months of use.

I gotta say, it's really hard to look at any thin and light laptop without comparing it to an M1 MacBook Air. 😬 Especially in terms of performance and battery life. Wew

@@EMKWANREVIEWS I've considered the M1 once but I couldn't ignore the fact that it may have compatibility issues with windows files and repairability. After 8 years i don't think the 256gb would be enough after numbers of os updates and new features added in.

Laptop should be decent for students. Especially the i7 variant. Unless you're using graphic intensive apps.

@@adalat7019 just got mine, ofc it can, depends what do you mean by light editing, if it is just dragging in some clips, with music, texts but no fancy animations and stuff like this then even a 5 years older device is capable for this basic tasks. 16 gig version is reccomended thou'

@@arian9856 depends on the usage i mean if i game (genshin impact) then yeah it is like 3-4 hours otherwise a comfy 8 hours or so with just browsing, i charge it like every third, fourth day but it is not turned on everyday. Id say so far i am really satisfied with the battery

I have this unit, there are NO replacement batteries other than EBAY and those are no name crap. No Huawei support in USA!! This sucks!

@@lSketchy Battery failed to hold charge, no OEM Huawei batteries or support in US. Bought Lenovo.
