Huawei Watch GT Front Bezel is made of Premium Ceramic Material.. which is scratch resistant also.. that's why it's bit heavy and it's protect the screen also of GT.. but in GT 2 i think glass should break if the watch will hit from a Rugged Surface. Which will be a disaster...😅

i drooped my watch GT from 3 feet distance on marble surface. No scratch nothing happens.But in case of GT2 you will break it in case of mishandling.

The bezel around the GT 1 is not metal it's Ceramic.

It is all about the features you need. If the additional ones are not useful then, obviously upgrading is unnecessary.
