Eurovision is my passion. Eurovision was my work and I am still gladly part of the professional community of this project. I started at Eurovision 2016 as Czech Head of Delegation. Such a Eurovision story! Form Eurovision in Sweden I went to antoher ESC experience. Kiiv 2017 Eurovision. This was my first and last failiur. Sometimes you need to learn trough losing even it is not plasant. We ended up 13 in the semifinal, second best score of Eurovision Czechia back then. But after this we established ESCZ national selection format. It was mostly held online. Because of this we found Mikolas Josef who went 6th at Eurovision 2018 in Portugal. Than 11th with Lake Malawi, at Eurovision 2019 in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Eurovision story is crazy. After finding all candidates and songs (-1) for ESCZ 2020 I resigned and left the television for working freelance.
Not to stop being part of Eurovision, I created this channel as I have an urge not to do just Eurovision Reactions from a different perspective. But also to do national selection reactions, watch others how they do their craft and also give a different approach for Eurovision fans.
I am very glad was part of many eurovision juries. Mostly in national selection and since 2017 I was in MGP Norway, Eurovision Malta, UMK national selection Finland. Juror in Melodifestivalen 2016. Biggest national selection. Also helped Eurovision Ireland, Eurovision Estonia, Eurovision Azerbaijan and many others.

I liked how they changed the aspect ratio for the instrumental "rim tim tagi dim" bits, made it feel cinematic and intense

it was so much fun to watch it live! they did a great job with this one. village- chainmail outfits were brilliant: they tell you about Croatia, about the song, are cool looking and very original. this was my favorite this year.

From the beginning, many of us said that it was a masterclass. The voice is great for this kind of music. Imagine Pavarotti singing this song would be terrifying. Not every voice has to be Pavarotti and top notch for the song to be perfect, great. I don't like Nemo's style and if he has I don't know what kind of voice, it doesn't suit me. I've heard some of his other songs, I'm just not attracted to that style. About the Eurovision song, especially since I don't like opera in fun music. I don't normally like the style of Nemo and other artists with that or similar style. Looking only at the voice, many songs, regardless of the top voice, are not good. A great voice is just an added plus, and a great and good voice also has great perfect songs, especially in different genres and styles if everything matches. Text, music, music. Bili Idol doesn't have Pavarotti's voice, but to me he is N01 and there is no Nemo who could be better or ahead of him... and a few days ago I watched his concerts live on KZfaq as well as singing only with a classical guitar. As old as he is, his voice is perfect, and I think he had it before. So imposing some comments persistently about the voice and the perfect voice of Nemo and the reason for the victory simply does not stand. All in all, this is a masterclass because everything is superbly done in the song. Visually, sonically, music, dance, stage and everything else. Cover by DJ Mathey B Rim Tim Tagi Dim is perfection. I listen to it non stop. This is proof that the song is perfect, hit, top... And BL is too perfect in it. So tastes differ as well as criteria. This song is looking for a vocalist just like BL. I listened to others in the performance of this song and very good voices, but the song does not have the vibes of BL. I totally agree with everything you said. Everything is perfect, from the smallest details to the performance on stage. I still like the N01.

@@JanBors no it was not ,beacuse it was timed perfectly , the guitar/piano player, made a hand gesture on "please Meow back" part which was not captured in semifinal, and you criticised it as the only part you dont like. Also Baby Lasagna made a hand gesture on the right part of the song in the "so Pretty and so advanced" Rim Tim Tagi Dim dance part was also much better bacause Marko aka Baby Lasagna was more visible and more centered Also the camera work was much better in the grand final

yes, but those are the details which just prove my point of this video. Firstly I could not download the final version, second its about to learn about those little details connected together. Its not a review, its more a study material so if its this or that performance, in the masterclass matters not.

This seems to be the semifinal performance, is there any change in your opinion for the final where they included more audience shots during the penultimate chorus? The camera changes still musically follow after every measure/bar (4 beats).

Not the best song, not the best vocals, and dont let me speak of the (no)coreography. But shold have won! Makes you happy, annoyed, energetic and emoting like art should be. Didnt get that from Switzarland...

idk, for me professionaly Switzerland was somewhere else than the rest, and as you say this feels like nothing special but its perfect in technical elements, also this song is not about amazibg vocals, just firm and steady. Which they were
