Look into baby carrots! I’ve heard they’re not good for us and they wash them in bleach. I just buy the big bag of regular carrots and chop them up for snacks :)

So many people in the comments have shared what I came on to say! I’ve been following you since before you got married and have loved all the stages you have been through. Now, I am also on a health journey and love seeing content that aligns with my goals! In the last 3 months, Costco has been a mainstay. Many of the things you bought are in my regular rotation. I also love the unsweetened green tea bottles which I have with lunch to help with bloating. I also love the grass-fed Wagyu beef patties that Bobby Parrish has talked about on his channel. Lastly, I’m obsessed with the mini cucumbers and throw them into salads, have as a snack with hummus or just a sprinkle of Tajin and my 7yo sun loves to snack on the them which is a healthy win!
