Welcome back to Vlogmas! Today I have a huge collective Disney haul! This is pretty much everything I bought from ShopDisney this year. Much of it is from the Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction collection, but there are some other fun goodies as well! I hope you enjoy the video! Hi Becka! It was so fun to see a haul video from you! It was just like old times! That Peter Pan collection is STUNNING! I ended up getting the ears from that collection. My NEED from the Minnie Mouse Main was the Jungle Cruise Backpack Leopard print and Red have been my aesthetic for years, so for me that gaudiness was just what the Dr. ordered!

Hi! I don't know if someone has said it before but maybe instead of cutting the veil thing of the haunted mansion ears you could try to make a bow out of it. Maybe it'll look cute

I think no matter what, you are grateful for these items, and at the same time learned to detach yourself from the consumer lifestyle. Whether or not you trying to be minimalistic, the purpose is to be conscious of purchases you make, and you do an amazing job with that

I think you did amazing for how awful this year has been. I had been on a low buy for 2 years but once the Christmas merch started to come in I lost control, buying and then getting something in the mail felt like my only bit of excitement and happiness! So your not alone. Merry Christmas and let’s pray for better from 2021 x

Yaaay!! I'm so glad that Minnie BTM made it safely ❤️ Enjoy your items and please don't be so hard on yourself. I started no buy/low buy year with you and by April/June I needed therapy shopping. It did get out of hand this month because of the holidays lol.. but still going to try low buy this coming year because I loved the self control lessons. I'm short, thanks for opening up my eyes and helping me through this ❤️ loved the video as usual 😊

The peter pan, carousel, and big thunder sets were amazing; I also loved the slinky pin and grogu plush :D I bought way too many video games since my birthday in jun of 2020; you did great :)

Hi Becka, you did really good. It's nice to know there is someone else who buys because you get excited from new releases but then regret it, when you got it. I have just purchased Rapunzel castle jigsaw and regretted it - and I am still only waiting on it to arrive. Thank you for sharing! :)

I’m so glad you were able to enjoy some Disney things this year and you really didn’t do too bad at all 🥰 I’m not a fan of the Merch Pass, I actually had enough of ShopDisney prior to this releasing but I did try a few times with absolutely no luck....I did find a few MMMA items at my local store, eBay and a personal WDW shopper ♥️

I bought main attraction space mountain , small world and Tiki Room from shopdisney . I realized Tiki was the only one sparking joy so I sold the rest last month. It is hard not to get swept up when you’re sitting in quarantine! I think you did great and should be proud!

Really enjoyed watching this! I actually had the exact opposite experience/reaction to merch pass, so it was really interesting to hear yours. I was collecting all the pins from the MMA set but I hated merch pass so much, I just stopped entirely.

You got some very nice things this year even with the no buy thingie. I can understand breaking down and buying things, especially with the way this year has been :) My favorite things were actually the carousel collection. I liked the color scheme and the style. You did pretty well on the Main Attraction collection! We didn't have a Merch Pass on the European sites, so it was literally a case of jumping on the trigger the minute it was released. That said, I managed to get the whole set of 12 mugs (like you, I need more Disney mugs like a hole in the head), but the ears and Loungefly bags were gold dust. I had the Peter Pan ears in my basket but didn't pull the trigger quick enough and were snatched by someone else :-( totally agree that the scramble became something to look forward to, and I thought it was so cool that Disney brought out an attractions based collection. I also have been enjoying the Castle Collection small ornaments, but have only picked up the Frozen and Mulan versions so far. Thanks for the fun video and I hope that you, Aaron, Sukki, Molly and your family have a wonderful Christmas and peaceful start to 2021.

I got swept up with the alien remix collection-ended up completing the set Just the pins though...that was enough! No regrets-a cute concept!

The green mickey ears are so nice. I have a pair I got a few years ago during the holidays, but I can't wait to get a new pair, maybe I will get the green pair. I know her dress in that movie was so nice. Reminds me of that too.

This amount of awesome gorgeous merch is how much I buy per month LOL. I need to do a no-buy. What a fabulous idea. I commend you for staying so strong 6 mos. You have amazing parents to help you get stuff too. I think you should keep them b/c they got it for you. Just use it as Halloween decor. If my parents ever did that, I would be too sentimental to sell it or swap. I clearly also have hoarding issues. (I acquired 16 Jim Shore's since Sep) LOL. such a cutie magic band too!! I feel you on the hype of the Minnie Mouse main attraction, I got the dumbo Fanny pack merely because I was chosen and now I’m like hmm, I don’t think I needed this 😅 but it’s ok, half the fun is the acquisition!

Looks like the mugs will stack nicely. Space-saving if you have the height in your cabinet.

I started to get caught up in the hype of the Minnie main attraction series. I bought the space mountain set. Then decided that the purchases only brought a temporary joy. So I didn’t find anything that I had to have and merchant pass came out. I entered the lottery and wasn’t chosen, I decided it was for the best and I’ve spent significantly less on Disney merch the entire year. I guess we had completely different reactions to the merch pass. Take care! It’s great to see you back!

I am impressed - I got sucked into the LE pins on shopDisney and purchased more than I probably needed. I've had a rough year beyond COVID stuff and also tried to find some happiness in purchasing some Disney things. Like you, I figured out that not everything *actually* bring joy. Some of the things I purchased that I do love a lot are the pin set from each month of the Minnie Mouse collection and my Heimlich Loungefly bag. I feel like next year, I can do better, especially since LE pins won't be releasing weekly on shopDisney. I probably spent more money on shipping from shopDisney than anything else... cringe.

Yeah... my stubborn streak made me purposely not even look at all this merch. But they look beautiful!! PS your no buy experience was definitely a success!! 2020 was the worst... some retail therapy is totally understandable.

Hi Becka, if you decide to keep the HM ears, you could make a beautiful bow from the veil.. 😃 Someone in our MMA facebook group made a bow from the veil of the Haunted Mansion ears and it was so pretty!! 😍 My favourite from the entire MMA series was the July MMA King Arthur Carrousel.. Only left the plush and mug to acquire.. 😄

Love the color on those emerald ears! Don’t feel bad about getting sucked into the merch pass- it is classic marketing psychology in terms of limited quantity, sense of immediacy, and the chance to be chosen. They use it because it works on people and we've all fallen into it before! You definitely are NOT the only one. If it gave you some entertainment over the summer - this year we all get a pass for making it through however we needed to! 🥰

Totally agree with you on Haunted Mansion! It was terrible lol I got all of the the Plush’s and almost all pins for the series. What do you think about the 2021 stitch series? I’m happy because I’m not a huge fan of stitch so I won’t purchase it.... probably 😂😂😂

I decided to join y’all in the no buy year. I made it till the end of MAy or beginning of June! The world with all that was going on finally got to me and I broke! Am going to try again for 2021! My grandson is getting married in August and I am determined to stop buying so I can go to the wedding in a new dress and give them a nice wedding gift!

I am in the exact same boat as you with the mansion ears. WHY. Why do any ears (except wedding) need a whole ass veil!! I told my friends I was cutting it off and they were like totally shocked. I haven’t been brave enough to cut it yet 😅 but I can’t wear them like that.

My downfall this year was snarky tshirts. Life is good has a namaste home 100% cotton shirt, I was good with that till this last weekend, then I also needed the Let's have a moment of science, the snowflake wearing a mask with love your neighbor, still standing buffalo 2021, plus the ugly sweater nod of meowy and bright. At least I have approximately a 24 hr wait time built in to buying anything for myself, didn't stop me this time though. It's 2020 we're almost through it we need to be less hard on ourselves and congratulate ourselves for coping with the incredible increasing stress this year has created.

I have the blue Haunted Mansion Mickey Mouse plush they made years ago so I got Haunted Mansion Minnie to be his ghost girlfriend. They are the same size.

I waited till December to go all in, had multiple people sign up for merch pass, didn’t work. Loved the collection and I’m bummed. I really wanted the pins and it just didn’t happen :( I’m the same way, a parks girl first and foremost!!
