Что в таком "ремонте" может быть хорошего? "Реставрация" шестерни сваркой с последующей обработкой на станке, люфты которого можно сантиметрами измерять, без СОЖ, обработка точных зубьев на глаз, отсутствие замены хотя бы одного подшипника или корчевание самой коробки тупо на земле (в песке)? А может набор дорогого специализированного инструмента и грамотные приёмы работы? Я здесь уважаемого мало увидел. (Может просто потому, что я в автотехнике мало разбираюсь, т.к. сам-то я электромеханик по станкам).

Вв, вместо съемных болтов зубило и ,,киянка,, представляю герметичность.

Может у них гарантия 2 дня. 2 дня точно отходит. Тут недалеко есть еще одно видео как ребята с этой же улицы ремонтируют коленвал. На выходе получилась чудесная штука но интересно сколько этот коленвал проработает

Я не профи, но мне кажется, что такой ремонт только на продажу. Один-два раза показать, что узел работает. То, что это наебнется через неделю эти ребята понимают.

Мне вот стыдно было бы снимать такое говнище на камеру, когда толпа гастеров чтото чинят.

Эвольвента на зубьях шестерни нарезается с точностью до сотых долей миллиметра на специальных станках, а не на глаз с помощью болгарки и какой-то матери. Хочешь, я скажу сколько километров проедет техника на редукторе, отремонтированном подобным образом. Них*я она не проедет. И никакая вера в рай и ад не поможет этой технике поработать сколь-нибудь длительное время. Через пару недель, когда снова сожрёт зубья опять будут перебирать.

@@user-kr3rj6pc2h это не те зубья ! Это зубья синхрона, а ему пофиг на профиль, если кольцо спокойно заходит то все ок. Другое дело что там должен быть клин специфической формы, без него переключение передачи становится немного сложней 😱. Кроме того там лютая закалка. Поэтому шестерню проще поменять чем восстановить

НЕ ЗАКОНЧИТСЯ А ТО ЧТО КОНЧЕННАЯ РАБОТА , учитывая как они ее собрали и разобрали быстро ,она к ним каждую неделю приезжает на ремонт))

Всё верно ибо с такими ремонтами, неделю и снова на ремонт.

варить электродом по каленой стали без последующего отпуска и закалки - это не починили а угробили! да пару метров он проедет но когда эти зубья ссыпятся все с картер и их начнет перемалывать оставшимися шестернями - коробку можно будет просто выкинуть.

@@clawham я думаю, там особо не закладывали отказоустойчивость - на пару раз хватит, свои деньжата получат и на том достаточно))

@@user-uj4jn6gp1r думается никто даже в страшных снах не слышал о том что можно запчасти заказывать у производителя а уж професиональная мехобработка и термичка - там эти слова вообще из области фантастики. я уж не говорю о том что венчик муфты можно было вырезать из другой шестерни(они там все одинаковые) и просто посадить на гарячую - всяко прочнее и надежнее было бы чем этот ужас электродный.

Их обрезать может, но не факт потому что это не зубья, а кулачки муфты синхронизатора. Видимо передача не включалась.

На следующий день опять наварят, делов то!

that looked a little shaky, i wouldn't attempt that with my TIG, much less a stick welder. if you're going to go to that much trouble ( disassemble the gearbox ) then just get a replacement part. i agree, looks like it won't last that long.

It's an aluminum punch. They know what they are doing.

I would never hit a gear with a steel drift. A mechanic would use brass or phosphor bronze. Chancers.

But these guys are trained watch and clockmakers who fix gearboxes during their days off. They are allowed to borrow the clockmaking factory's hammers and chisels for free. What I learned from this educational training video is that the bigger the gearbox, the bigger the hammer. It's a simple philosophy of life that will guarantee you any job opening.

@@BrassLock I'm all for percussive encouragement...and if that don't work get the acetalene out... however, my comment was alluding to the benifits in efficiency and effectiveness gained by having the right tool for the job. A work bench, pullers and pliers would cost about a couple of hundred bucks and speed up and improve the quality of every job.

They probably have a puller in hand but why use them if the gears/parts are easily coming out with a gentle tap here...with a gentle tap there? Using a puller when not really needed will just prolong/delay the job.

@@rap3208 speed increase outweighed by potential for damage to gear teeth and shaft surfaces...one chip/scratch could half serviceable life and/or lose weeks finding a replacement.

As my old boss would say if its a big problem use a big hammer if its a small problem use a small hammer !

@@angeloantoniolli1427 Na verdade vai ter o estabelecimento interditado e vai receber uma multa bem gorda. Mas esse tipo de coisa é comum aqui, já trabalhei um uma oficina em que o ambiente era bem desse jeito. Em países ricos, as coisas são bem mais rigorosas

por q son demasiado empiricos , pareceria que aprendieron en la calle y no validaron su conocimiento con algun especialista, no les importa abollar las piezas con sus combas de acero ni un pedazo de madera en medio para suavizar el golpe ya ni hablar de una comba sintetica.

estos mecanicos trabajan con las herramientas que tienen...el engranaje que se rompio en la parte de los dientes de sincronisado eran tres dientes ..el trabajo realizado permite que al ser solo 3..le suavise el ruido al girar y que el desplazable se mueva bien ....si al contrario hubiese qiue rellenar todo el engranaje seria muy distinto...igualmente estando en buenos aires creo que no hay mecanicos con el conocimiento para realizar estas clases de trabajo...aca lo tenes que llevar a una torneria con todos los elementos donde te va a salir mas caro que si compras el engranaje nuevo..o tal vez mas caro que comprar una caja de velocidad nueva....y en cualquier taller tampoco lo podes aser....saludos....

les dents réparées sont celle d'un synchro boite de vitesse, en général pour les boites de voitures ce n'est pas en acier mais en laiton. Du coup pour cette grosse boite de vitesse il faut de l'acier tendre. Et donc surtout pas de trempage !

In Italia si dice il ferro fa' il mastro, qui sono maestri anche a mani nude ,si vede che sanno cosa fanno. Ma è inconcepibile lavorare in queste condizioni, inoltre vedo assenza totale di comparatori ,calibri e di chiavi dinamometriche . È pur vero che hanno riprodotto l ingranaggio con una semplice saldatura , ma il trattamento del metallo ? Siamo sicuri che durerà molto la riparazione ?

They didn't damage anything you could see in the video.

Thats because those guys realised they would get a faster turnaround with a steel punch if softer than the receiving face and if they used common sense in lining up the hammer blows to avoid unwanted contact points..

@@gyrojomo You may be on to something, the hammer and chisel they are using are very beat up looking, they may be a soft metal. I bet they don't have brass tools because all the brass in the whole country has been scrapped.
