This is so cooooool. I used to be the same when it came to rock/metal t-shirts. I got tired of having so many though so I sold like half of them and do not regret it. I love the Jennifer's body ones, Midsommar ones and The Ring (I actually did see these on instagram but being from Poland the overall cost just defeated my will to buy these). I love vintage shit in general so all of that is also amazing and for some reason I love the PR ones too, mostly because they are unique too and in time will become a great vintage commodity. I would love to see your pin collection too!!! I have my metal pins collection too hahaha so I can relate a lot to all of this

Do any of your Horror shirts smell odd? Like BO, but you don't have BO? Most likely the shirt itself doesn't smell, not around the collar, under pits or the back: _only the print smells_ . That's a bacteria that lives and feeds off the polyester in the print. What you need to do is soak the shirt in apple cider vinegar, then wash at 60C/140F. If that doesn't work, you need to go up to the next higher temperature. Usually we wash our shirts at 30C/85F, too keep the colors intact, but the only way to get rid of that smell is to wash warm. Once should do the trick.

Edit: This seems like a totally unrelated tangent, but your Thirteen Ghosts shirts made me think of it lol. So, my hubby and I had a staycation in a hotel for a few days for our anniversary (I'm still too anxious to do much more than that due to the virus that will not be named, we mostly ordered in and just relaxed with a huge whirlpool tub in our room) and we were stuck with cable TV, but there were so many good marathons on for Halloween... I am too wimpy to watch a lot of new horror movies, but I finally understood your concept of "comfort" horror movies when Scream, Thirteen Ghosts, and other movies played back to back. I used to watch horror movies before 2007 or so, and I've seen those ones so much that they aren't scary at all and just feel like action movies. I wish I could watch new horror movies like this, I did end up liking Ready or Not recently and I could definitely see that one being a "comfort" horror movie. Thing is I don't think I could ever see movies like the mid-2000s Amityville Horror in that way...? It seems like around that time horror movies started getting too scary for me. Funny thing is I would consider The Ring another comfort horror movie, same with The Exorcism. Weird how it works out that way, even though anything beyond 2010s is really hard for me to watch??
